Perhaps the entire show, or at least as a special feature on a DVD? I was thinking maybe it was on a DVD of one of the WWE(F)'s shows where they went overseas, but I have no idea.

There's no DVD available with that match, unfortunately, but there SHOULD BE, DAMMIT! I have the match on tape and it's a terrific one, indeed. Hopefully it'll turn up on a future DVD release.

Yeah I bought the Rebellion 2002 DVD thinking it was on there but I later discovered it was HBK vs. Bulldog for the Euro Title. Still a great match, but not Owen/Bulldog.

No, that was a previous segment done before the Survivor Series. I believe the police were involved and Austin kept saying "Arrest me! Arrest me!", knowing they wouldn't since the PPV was just weeks away.

I have the match on a comp tape with a hodgepodge of Spring 97 stuff from RAW, Nitro, ECW TV AND Michaels/Austin vs Bulldog/Owen.

 

Quality's not great, but it's watchable.
