The Book.

All right, We know Stephanie and Gerwitz are the Head Bookers/Writers for Each repesective Brand.

Although, The last three weeks felt Heymanish on Smackdown, ultimately...It's stephanie under the helm.

Gerwitz, the comic fan boy seems intent on making everything outlandishly cartoonish to fulfill his fantasy of being a comic book writer.

This brings me to 2 questions

1. Which one, Gerwitz or Stephanie Do you prefer?

2. Whom, If given the power would you put the book under for each respective brand...

The catch? They must be employed CURRENTLY by WWE.

I'll answer first...

I'll Take Stephanie over Gerwitz.

Stephanie may be a horrible writer but she knows the business and respects it more then Hollywood writer Gerwitz ever will.

Second...

For Raw

Paul Heyman and Pat Patterson as HEAD BOOKERS

Yes, I can already hear the 'Homo Duo' jokes popping in your heads but get past that....Heyman managed to turn a lot of shit in ECW and make it work...Patterson, whom is an under rated booker whom always been good at designing the matches would be best to mask the weakness of the Raw Brand.

For Smackdown

Jim Cornette and Johnny Ace

Cornette, whom is one of the great old school minds, would serve as a great Booker (as long as vince gives him lee way) and since Smackdown doesn't need outlandish angles to get attention, you don't have to worry about Cornette's 80's Old School booking with talent like Angle, Lesnar and Benoit. Johnny Ace ran WCW in the dying days and almost revived it by good booking alone. He can do match layouts very well.

1. Stephanie over Gerwitz, for reasons already stated.

2. RAW: Ace, Patterson

SMACKDOWN: Heyman, ?

Johnny Ace ran WCW in the dying days and almost revived it by good booking alone. He can do match layouts very well.

Exactly, but it's the strengths of Ace that RAW needs MUCH more desperately than the Smackdown brand does right now.

Smackdown already has everything needed to succeed (exceptional characters, angles and wrestling). The brand simply needs "quality control" to weed out the bad stuff before it happens.

1. 2001 with Nipple first taking over as head booker and prior to us even knowing Gerwitz' name had some bad angles and soap opera shit, but overall the angles were better and almost every PPV rocked.

Gerwitz gives us retarded alleged "comedy" and goofy future wrestlecrap inductees.

Stephanie conditionally, although I don't know what Gerwitz would do if he was completely in charge.

2. I'm not really knowledgable enough about the bookers to really decide who I'd want in charge.

I think Steph's been doing a good job.

Gerwitz can be very funny if he wants, and the show he writes benefits. Problem is he sometimes digs too deep or too shallow to find humor in something, and be in-your -face about it, instead of letting it naturally develop.

Stephanie is very unintentionally funny, and her plots can be very unpredictable, and quite twisted, which is good, since I can't stand casual watchers calling out the plots before it happens.

I would have for RAW: Eric Bischoff as head booker keeping Gerwitz there as an underling.

For Smackdown: Bring Heyman back.

Steph is not the head writer for SmackDown!

The writing teams are as follows:

RAW

Brian Gerwitz

Michael Hayes

SmackDown!

Bruce Pritchard

Dave Lagana

They all officially report to Steph and she acts as a go between Vince and the writing teams. So Steph is not exclusive to SmackDown! and helps with everything.

EDIT: Hayes and Pritchard could be the other way around, but either way, you get the idea.
