Because I need to know to download that stupid Blaster Worm critical security mumbo bajumbo patch for some such critical reason, and I can't seem to find out which one looking at that 'winver' thing it told me to. Can anyone more computerly-orientated than myself help me?

You have 32 Bit. The 64 Bit version isn't sold in stores, it comes preinstalled on high-end workstations and servers.
