Guest Report post Posted April 2, 2002 -A history of RAW video airs, from it's very first days. It highlights everything great or momumental that ever happened on RAW. -RAW's new video hits. The video only has highlights of the current rosters, and the song for the video is called, "RAW" and it is sung by Limp Bizkit. -Jim Ross and The King join us at ringside for the first RAW of a new era. Cameras show everyone at ringside, and Ric Flair's music hits. He comes out and introduces us to the RAW roster and then introduces the newsest members of the RAW roster that were signed over the weekend: Eddie Guererro, Jeff Jarrett and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin comes out and cuts a promo and tells all the superstars that he will be looking forward to working with them, and by that he means kicking all their asses. Ric Flair announces that SCSA will face Scott Hall in the main event tonight inside a 15 foot high steel cage match, with no outside interference from the N.W.O. Triple H will be presented tonight with the Undisputed Championship belt, RVD will defend his IC Title against Booker T., X-Pac will face Kane, Raven will face Tommy Dreamer, Buh Buh, Spike, Crasg and Justin Credible in a 6 Pack Challenge for the Hardcore Title, Trish v. Jackie, Lita v. Molly and William Regal will defend his title against Bradshaw..all of this..tonight!COMMERCIALS. -Match 1: WWF Hardcore Championship Match Six Pack Challenge ©Raven def. Dreamer, Buh Buh, Spike, Crash and Justin Credible at 5:34 after Raven eliminates Tommy Dreamer with an Evenflow DDT on the exposed cement. -Crash is eliminated first after a Buh Buh Cutter at 0:45. Justin Credible is next after a DVD from Dreamer through two chairs at 2:12. Spike is eliminated after a drop toe hold onto a chair from Raven at 2:33. Buh Buh is eliminated after a double superplex through a table at 4:02. Dreamer misses a running leg drop from the apron onto the cement and Raven follows with a DDT on the floor. -Backstage, Eddie Guererro runs into RVD. Guererro tells RVD that he is using the move he perfected and RVD responds with, "If you perfected it, why were you out of wrestling and why is R-V-D the champ?". COMMERCIALs. Match 2: WWF Intercontinental Chapionship Match © RVD def. Booker T. at 8:04 after a 5 Star Frog Splash. -At 4:14, RVD misses a Frog Splash for a near fall. At 6:45, RVD counters a superplex for a near fall, but Booker regains control until 7:20, when Booker T. misses a dropkick from the top rope. Bookend reversed into a jaw breaker and RVD finishes it with a 5 Star Splash. -Post match, Eddie Guererro runs down with a chair and blasts RVD over the head. Eddie puts the chair over his face and hits a double stomp from the second rope. Frog Splash ends it. -Kane/X-Pac is next! COMMERCIALS. -SCSA is drinking a beer, watching a tape of his match with Hall at WrestleMania X-8. Match 3: X-Pac def. Kane at 3:34 after Nash powerbombs him on the outside. -X-Pac with a foot on the rope after a Chokeslam at 2:30. Kane climbs to the top but X-Pac crotches him there and dropkicks him off. Nash powerbombs him on the outside and X-Pac pins Kane with one foot on his chest. Spray paint job after the match. -Backstage, Ric Flair is polishing the new belt and is heading towards the ring. COMMERCIALS. -Flair shows another video, this time on the history of WCW and WWF champions and calls Triple H out for his new belt. Triple H comes out to accept it, but is interrupted by The Undertaker. Taker claims that his position of number 1 should command more respect. Triple H and Taker exchange more words. A challenge is made and accepted for Backlash. Taker leaves through the crowd. Triple H's music hits. As he leaves the ring, Taker sneaks back in and Tombstones Flair. Triple H makes the save. COMMERCIALS. -Recap of the previous segment and cameras catching Flair backstage, calling the main event of Backlash off. -Kane is backstage and Kevin Kelley interviews him. Kane tosses Cole and issues a challenge to Kevin Nash and X-Pac for next weeks RAW. Kane said he will find a partner. -Scott Hall is backstage, doing stretches. Nash and X-Pac come in but Hall asks them to leave because he needs to focus. Match 4: Trish def. Jackie at 2:11 with a Stratusfaction Bulldog. -Backstage, Taker gets wind of Flair's decision from Kelley. Taker makes him follow him to Flair's office. Officials have to break it up. Flair's suspends Taker for the one week without pay and tells him when he returns in two weeks, he will have to earn back the spot he lost tonight when he attacked him. Taker will face Flair in a return match from WrestleMania on RAW in two weeks. If Taker can win, he gets his shot. If he loses, he will be traded to SMACKDOWN! COMMERCIALS. Match 5: Molly def. Lita at 1:18 after smashing her with cookie sheet. -Post Match, Brock Lensar comes out and destroys the Hardy Boyz, who attended to Lita. Brock pressed Matt clear out of the ring through the announce table. -William Regal is warming up for his title match. COMMERCIALS. -Kevin Kelley interviews Bradshaw who says it was sad to move on, but it was time to do it. Ad now he needs to assert himself as the biggest baddass on RAW. Match 6: WWF European Championship Match Bradshaw def. © William Regal at 1:40 via countout. -Regal bails early after a Clothline From Hell and takes the countout loss. -SCSA's locker room is empty, with cans lying around. Scott Hall is heading to rignside. MAIN EVENT: Steel Cage Match Scott Hall def. SCSA at 11:27 after Scott Hall walks out after a Razor's Edge. -Before Austin reached ringside, Jeff Jarrett smashes Austin with a guitar over his head. J.J. hits the Stroke on the ramp. Austin is busted open, and is holding his head through out the match. At 7:20, Hall kicks out of the Stunner. At 8:34, Hall stops Austin from leaving with a back suplex from the top rope. Both men down. At 10:02, SCSA slips out of the Razor's Edge and goes for a Stunner. It is blocked. DDT from Hall. Another DDT from Hall. Austin kicks out at 2. Hebner checks on Austin and wants to stop the match. Hall hits the Razor's Edge and walks out to win. -Post match, Jarrett comes back through the crowd and locks the cage door. He beats on Austin repeadetly and puts a chair on Austin neck but as he was going to jump, the cgae was high enough for officials to try and stop him but the show goes off the air on a climax...
