Guest tank_abbott Report post Posted February 8, 2002 I just watched the WWF's Home Video release of Jesse Ventura, it was basically a waste of 5 bucks. The Good: A few classic moments were shown 1>The Hillbilly Wedding w/ Hogan and the farmboys in ties and wrestling gear, and Andre in his spandex (They showed very little of the Jesse bashing here) 2> A Extended look at the famous arm wrestling contest of JV vs Ivan Putski (Putzki looked like a Midget Scott Steiner!) 3> Jesse's "I'd rather be killing terrorists" T-Shirt. The Bad 1> Instead of using their vast Tape Library, they talked to Fred Bliasse and Gorilla Monsoon constantly. 2> The Video montages they did have were poor by WWf Standards The Ugly 1> The tape is only 35 mins long 2> Jesse spends nearly 5 mins singing with a punk rock band on TNTitans 3> The tape is an obvious attempt by the WWF to Capitalize on Jesse's new found fame
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted February 8, 2002 I belive the WWF had to share the profits with Jesse just to be able to release a Jesse Ventura home video.
