The European Title Goes To Smackdown, to offset that, Flair creates The International Tag Team Titles which Leads To: Both - Women's, Men's Heavyweight Champion Raw- IC, Hardcore, Tag, Maybe a 4th Down the road to be defended Exclusively on RAW and PPV's(Television?)
