Knockout Kings: Any news on a new one?

Recommended Posts

If I remember correctly, the last one was Knockout Kings 2002, for the PS2. Have any of you guys heard anything at all about a new and updated one, perhaps 2004, coming out anytime soon? I haven't been able to find anything yet, so I just thought I'd see if any of you knew anything.

Sincerely,

Guest Smell the ratings!!!

I think 2002 was so bad they just killed the whole thing.

Which is a shame, because 2000 owned like no game has ever owned before.

What was so wrong with 2002?

the problem with 2002 was that it was supposed to be about the gameplay, so they decided to gut out the good EA production vaues, ya know, the kickass bells and whistles..no entrances or anything.

The really big problem was that the gameplay wasnt perfect or anything..it was solid, but it wasnt enough to make up for the lack of presentation, imo.

Supposedly, 2004 is on the way for PS2 and Xbox, although there hasn't really been any news on it. Since (to the best of my knowledge) it hasn't even been seen yet, I wouldn't expect it in the very near future, although it should be coming sooner than later.

Guest John Dub

I remember there was a 2003 that was released with no press or anything and only on the Gamecube a while back.
