Silverchair- Diorama

[Renegade]

I’ve been a casual of silverchair for a while, I own frogstomp and have heard freak show and Neon ballroom a while back so when I saw the Diorama CD at a sale I thought what the hell and bought it…and the album is simply stunning, not at all like any of the so-so grunge records. From the opening of “across the night” I was hooked right until the very end, and for someone who doesn’t usually listen to this type of music that’s saying something.

I heard Diorama is a turn around from Frogstomp. I still prefer Frogstomp and its lesser but still good album Freak Show instead, but Diorama makes up from Neon Ballroom
