The real bret hart story

Recommended Posts

Guest

Bret Hart decided to leave the WWF in December of 1996 because of him not liking the new "attitude" direction and because he wasn't even going to be a major part of it in the long haul.  He was also tired of the politics backstage of Michaels and Hunter.  For instance, Bret was supposed to beat Sid at the December 1996 PPV, but Michaels (who was Sid's buddy) changed the management's mind, and they let Sid beat Bret Hart.  Bret assumed that in WCW, all the old guys, like Hogan, Savage, etc would soon retire, and he would become a main player.  The WWF started to plan the "screwjob" in the spring of 1997.  Owen Hart came up with the idea.  This was to give Bret Hart a ton of momentum going into WCW and it would also significantly help the WWF.  They were giving hints to it all year long.

Bret Hart will likely return to the WWF if he heals from his concussion.  Maybe in a year or two.  Bret does not want to return unless he can wrestle full time, which is why he didn't return for Wrestlemania XVIII to be a special attraction, as a non wrestler for that night.

Obviously it doesn't sound outrageous, but we have no reason to believe you. I could have made up the same thing. You don't give any proof of who you are, how you have so much "inside" info on the WWF that most of the boys themselves don't know, and why none of the notorious dirtsheets have brought it out. Look, I can try it too:

I know for a fact that WCW was planning to sell to the WWF before they actually did. It was all Vince Russo and Vince Mcmahon's idea. In the fall of 99 Mcmahon's WWF was starting to really pull ahead of WCW, but Mcmahon wanted to own WCW once and for all, literally. He had picked up enough booking ideas from Russo to realize he could handle the job himself, and asked Russo and several of his assistants to go to WCW under the pretense of helping book them to greatness but really with intentions to ruin the company to the point of them having to sell to Mcmahon. He was accomplishing his goal well enough until January 2000 when he nearly blew his cover by booking Tank Abbot to win the title, he was abruptly fired. Mcmahon and Russo were confident that Bill Busch would fail, and when word got around that Eric Bischoff was going to be brought back in, Mcmahon advised Russo to contact Bischoff and work out a partnership. That they did, and Russo had his in again. Slowly control was taken from Bischoff (who the whole time had intentions of buying the company with Mandalay and then Fuscient) while Russo continued deteriorating WCW by fazing out their top stars (Hogan), turning others heel agains the fan's wishes (Goldberg) and and overall devalueing the titles. Finally at the end of 2001, it was clear "WCW loses 80 million dollars" Mcmahon and Russo knew they were succesful. Russo feigned a neck injury and bowed out, waiting for the body to die. Bischoff valiently tried to buy WCW himself and save it but it was too late. Bischoff in fact knew about the Russo/Mcmahon conspiricy the WHOLE TIME! He hasn't said anything because he remains hopeful that Mcmahon will give him a job someday. O, and what happened to Russo, you ask? You don't really think Stephanie is in charge of booking do you? Russo was silently given his old job back, and has been head booker for about the last year. Think the WWF has had more of a 98/99 direction? Not a coincidence. The split was Russo's suggestion. I know this because I have a very reliable source. DISPUTE THAT! See? it's easy, and fun!

Just ignore him, he "reported" several fake hazing incidents in the WWF folder.  He can't back up anything, he mixes up dates and he goes back on himself after people dispute his reports.  Jay told him that if he posts more fake news story he will get banned.

He actually had the nerve to say in one of his posts in the WWF folder that he'd just come post here, since Jay doesn't moderate it and it'd be easier for him.

Nothing like announcing your plans to openly defy a moderator's request, right?

Don't say "it is fake", if you don't believe what I'm reporting then say "I believe it is fake".

>he mixes up dates

I haven't mixed up any dates.  All I did was not being clear when I said Jericho talked to Benoit and Malenko about how he wasn't liking what HHH was doing.  I should have said he talked to them after the hazing incident.

>Jay told him that if he posts more fake news story he will get banned.

He said I could post my inside stuff in the fantasy folder, which he doesn't moderate.  I assume I can post my inside stuff in any folders he doesn't moderate.

He said you could post in the Fantasy Folder because thats what your "reports" are, nothing but made up bullshit.  If you couldn't figure that out, you are an idiot.  I think you're banned now anyway, so this post was a waste of time, heh?

Yup, and I can't even go into how Tod Gordon helped Heyman plan ECW's demise... ;)

Thanks for banning.  The hazing story was enough and now this is just more fuel on the fire for that poor bastard.

Geez Jay, at least you could have waited for the ban to come after his personal revisitation of the *Owen Hart Scam* where hje basically tells how Owen isn't really dead but is getting blowjobs on the beaches of malibu while Vince's planning his return...
