A couple of things that need to be fixed

Hey, the system clock seems to be off by about half an hour. Also, only the first letter of the topic title/description gets capitalized, so "DVD" turns into "dvd" or worse, "Dvd". This was fixed once before, but reverted back around the time the board went down. So can someone fix it again?
