Black Lushus 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2003 As far as this new album goes, good music, bad lyrics...that about sums it up...I don't mind the guitar work either, check out the song "Underneath The Gun", Smith does some decent guitar work in it and musically it doesn't sound like a typical Bizkit song... And yes, I am being serious. Not about 'school' and 'down'...That's just lazy as fuck...but 'asleep' and 'creek'. Personally, I don't get the over-hate here...well, sorry, I do...but it's taken to ridiculous levels at times. I haven't bought the album, I just borrowed it and put the half decent stuff on a copy CD with some other stuff. Eat You Alive is ok, as is Down Another Day. But it's not great I agree. AGH! you HAD to bring up that attrocious bit of songwriting...i tell you guys what though, no lyrics are as bad as the lyrics from that new song from, i believe it's Mary J.
