Dusty Rhodes defeated WWWF World Champion Superstar Billy Graham via count-out

Yikes. That's quite the interesting result. Dusty getting a win over the WWWF champ, in MSG, is quite different. Even by count-out.

WWF Tag Team Champions Shawn Michaels & Diesel defeated Bob Starr & Chris Kanyon

Guy can get on Tag title match back then, but can't even get onto Velocity today. *sigh*

Dusty and Superstar had a series of classic battles for the title, a few of which took place at MSG. He was in the WWWF for quite a while in the late 70s / early 80s. Remember, this was back when stars could easily work several regions at the same time.

Count-out, DQ, draws, etc in title matches was just a way to set up the eventual stipulation blow off. This was no different.
