***SJL's most recent addition to the interviewing staff, Kevin Cole, is standing in a poorly lit area with a mic in hand.***

 

Cole: Kevin Cole for Smarks Junior League, and...to be quite honest with you, I have no idea why they sent me to this dark place...I mean, there's hardly any light and it's cold down he--...

 

***Cole is interrupted by the easygoing but "calm-intense" dulcet tones of Tod deKindes' voice coming from out of nowhere.***

 

Tod: You won't have to stay for really long, Kevin Cole...

 

***The camera's projector turns on and locates Tod sitting on the floor, and looks to be deep in thought. His trenchcoat and sunglasses are lying nearby on a bench.***

 

Cole: Tod, your debut match in SJL is this saturday. You're facing TNT Taylor Nicholas Thompson, who's made his intentions known that he's here to win.

 

Tod: Look at it this way, Kevin...He's bigger and he's stronger than me. He could tear me apart if he wanted to. But come saturday, everybody's gonna get a good look at me, including TNT...A word of advice, Taylor...(looks into the camera) Take a good look at me, but don't believe what you see...In the ring, saturday, take a good look at me...but believe what you're gonna feel. I will come at you from every possible side...jetzt sehen Sie mich...Now you see me...jetzt Sie nicht...Now you don't.

 

Cole: ...(as the camera pulls off of Tod and back onto Cole)..All right, Tod deKindes, in action this saturday against TNT. This should be a good match. I'm Kevin Cole...back after this.

 

***Fade to black.***

note to other wrestlers: Kevin Cole is a made-up interview guy I've been using for a while. He's your basic Michael Cole type of guy, so feel free to use him in RP's for interviews or commentator if it's a promo in a ring.

Yeah, our standard interviewer is Ben Hardy...but I'm not averse to another backstage personality now and then.  Ben's the number 1 interview man, though.
