Guest Boo_Bradley Report post Posted October 13, 2003 Unrelated note, but i just read this over at KM, and figured I'd point it out for future reference: Dean Malenko as ref in WWF - 12/85 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Did any of you realize that Dean Malenko was a ref for the WWF? I've had this tape for 18 years but never realized until watching it again the other day. The Saturday Night's Main Event that took place in the Tampa Sundome in December of 1985 featured Dean Malenko as referee in several of the matches including the Randy Savage-George Steele match which was a big deal at the time. I don't believe he was ever named in the commentary. Just a neat tidbit.
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted October 13, 2003 Yeah, I heard about that a while back. Don't know of any other specific matches he worked aside from the Savage / Steele one.
