I have a problem with some websites now

When I come on this site the headlines from the site are now a lot bigger than they usually are...and it's the same on some other pages I go to.

 

How do I make that go away?

 

I tried changing the encoding of the page but it doesn't stick.

This happened to me before. I just restarted the computer, and then everything went back to normal.

Or, in most browsers, hold the Control key and scroll the mouse wheel to change the text size.
