Dan Maff to issue special challenge to Terry Funk during JAPW anniversary event at the Meadowlands Expo Center

A new twist has been added to Jersey All Pro Wrestling's sixth anniversary event on Saturday, November 8th at the Meadowlands Expo center. As fans are well aware, Dan Maff & Homicide are set to take on Terry Funk's hand-picked team of Raven & Sabu at the show. However, Dan Maff, who brutalized Terry Funk in Rahway, New Jersey last month, wants it to be known that he is far from being through with the true living legend of professional wrestling. Maff will have a special challenge for Terry Funk for JAPW's "Seasons Beatings 2003" event, which will take place on Saturday, December 13th, 2003 in Rahway, New Jersey. Tickets for that event will go on sale at the November 8th show!

So don't miss JAPW's sixth anniversary event on Saturday, November 8th, as Dan Maff teams with Homicide to face Terry Funk's handpicked team of Raven & Sabu and then issues a special challenge for the December 13th event in Rahway!

Jersey All Pro Wrestling will celebrate their six year anniversary with their biggest show ever, as fans from all over the country converge on the Meadowlands Expo Center in Secaucus, New Jersey on Saturday, November 8, 2003 with a belltime of 8pm. Fan interest in this event is so high that tickets are already selling faster than any other event in JAPW history!

One of the hottest feuds on Pay-per-view will be settled at the Meadowlands Expo Center as Jersey All Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Al Snow will go one-on-one with his arch rival, Jerry "The King" Lawler. Forget about announcing, these two will settle their issue in the ring, with the JAPW Heavyweight Title on the line! Al Snow has revealed that he will have a "special guest" with him that will drive Jerry Lawler absolutely insane, so in order to make sure the match is called right down the middle, JAPW has announced that there will be a special guest referee... MICK FOLEY! The Hardcore Legend, former World Champion and best selling author will be in the third man in the ring and Lawler challenges Snow for the JAPW crown.

After Terry Funk was tricked by Dan Maff and brutalized by Maff & Homicide last month, Funk's hand picked team of Sabu & Raven will take on Homicide & Dan Maff in a no disqualification tag team war! Homicide and Danny Maff rendered the Funker a bloody mess last month in Rahway, and on November 8th, Sabu and Raven will bring the first wave of Funk's revenge to New Jersey! This is only the beginning of this war, as Terry Funk will be returning to JAPW in the near future.

The first male-female duo to ever hold the JAPW Tag Team Championship, Slyk Wagner Brown & April Hunter will defend their championship against two of the top duos in JAPW today, former champions the Dirty Rotten Scoundrelz (EC Negro & KC Blade) and Dixie & Deranged of The H Effect in a three way dance!

JAPW Television Champion Crazy Ivan and Jay Lethal will continue their heated rivalry, but this time they will got at it with more than just their bare hands, as the title goes up for grabs in a Whipping match where both men will be allowed to brutalize the other with a leather strap!

The JAPW Light Heavyweight Championship will be defended as Azrieal will put the gold on the line against the challenge of The Insane Dragon!

Speaking of Light Heavyweights, JAPW fans will witness the annual "Best Of The Light Heavyweights 6" elimination match. I thought WWE was still preventing Lawler from ever wrestling in other promotions again while under contract since he's a non-wrestler who has wrestled not too long ago in WWE and wrestled for WWE's "competition", or was that just for feds like MLW, TNA, and ROH?

Guest Devin

That's only when his appearance is being shown on television, and considered "competition" for the WWE.
