Guest crandamaniac Report post Posted April 6, 2002 I got to thinking about this while reading the arrogant cover thread, but has there ever been a match where a pin has been made and there's been a 1-count, or a no-count?
Guest Tony149 Report post Posted April 6, 2002 I've seen a lot of 1 counts in wrestling, but don't remember seeing a "no count".
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted April 6, 2002 I just saw a no count the other week, but I can't remember where it was from. It was definitely WWF from either 2000 or 2001, and it may have been from Summerslam. Jericho/Rhyno rings a bell.
Guest RetroRob215 Report post Posted April 6, 2002 I remember Hennig kicking out before the one count once. There have been many one counts though.

Guest J*ingus Report post Posted April 7, 2002 I heard about a feud that was based on this concept once, it was in Oregon in the early 90's for Portland Wrestling, between The Grappler and Bart Sawyer. They had a match in which the heel Grappler got a zillion two-counts on Sawyer before finally losing the match. On next week's TV, Grappler said something like "I would've beat you a zillion times if it was a two-count instead of a three-count!" Long story short, next week they had a match where a two-count would end the match, and Grappler lost than one too, so then they went on to have a match that was decided by a one-count, and so on. Guest Some Guy Report post Posted April 8, 2002 Alot of the Lucha Cruiser matches in WCW had one or no counts. The guys would flip-flop around for a few minutes, 1 would land on the other and the other would roll the guy of of him at a 1 count or before the ref could even get on the ground and they'd get up and resume their flipping and flopping.
