I won silent hill2

Wow, I’ve just finished Silent Hill 2. Awesome ending by the way. The music is great, gives the impression of a movie more than a game. But I still got a few qustion for those who’ve successfully finished the game.

 

- Who’s Maria? A clone? A dream? An obsession of James to keep him alive? An angel? A demon?

- What about Eddie? I refuse to think his only part in the “movie” was that of the crazy bitch.

- So what happened with the monsters? I know about Mary but the game doesn’t explain why silen hill was infested by zombies and mosnters. Was thata  virus? A laboratory experiment? A Demon casting a spell?

- I James killed her, how in the blue hell can he talk to her in the end? Isn’t she dead?!

 

During the game I thought of possible endings…

 

- james’ crazy. Period.

- Laura is the daughter of Mary and james, only he can’t remember her.

- Mary has become a demon. Maria is mary, but she’s suffering from amnesia and can’t remember it.

 

Really good game but the ending leaves some doubts.

Maria is real...in a sense.  Mary is alive...sort of.  Laura is just a girl that befriended Mary whilst she was sick.  Eddie, like James was drawn to Silent Hill by something he couldn't explain.  Same as Angela.  Just think of Eddie and Angela as going through the same adventure as James but with their own stories.

 

There's also different endings, four in total and one extra joke ending.  The three I have seen are:

Leaving - James and Laura leave Silent Hill together

Maria - James kills the Mary demon and runs off with Maria

In Water - Maria is the demon and after killing her James   drives into the lake.

yes but... Maria gets caught by ConeHead... but she's alive... then she's in her death bed completely bloodied... then she's live again and gets killed by 2 ConeHeads... that's illogica, different endings or not.
