What if heyman had become wcw prez

What do you think would have happened if Heyman had been promoted to President of WCW in 93?  What would WCW look like now?  What feuds would have developed?  What do you think would have happened?

Like I've said before, Heyman runs WCW like he did ECW. Overtime I could see most of the ECW characters being in WCW (Except the Sandman. Unless without the beer), but probably with different wrestlers in the role. The blood comes back. No mini-movies. I have no idea what feuds he would book. Although Sting stays as the companys top face.
