It is my understanding that they added a second disc that includes stuff from last year ending in the Triple Threat Match from Vengeance. Now (since this was done by WWE) his matches from the WWF-era, did they blur out the WWF logo or is the footage still untouched?

Footage was untouched, BECAUSE it was produced pre-WWE (same goes with the Insurrextion 2002 DVD).

 

I'd guess that WWEHV had proof that the second DVD was *started* before the settlement took effect, so they were allowed to distribute it "un-blurred", but under the WWE name.

 

Example: All WWF footage was untouched, other than the superimposed WWE "bug" (the logo at the corner)
