Height/width IB tags for pics

I'm trying to shrink this massive photo down to fit it to appropriate sig size, and apparently there are IB tags from shrinking them down (height/width tags) but I don't know what they are. Anybody know?

I'm not sure but for my sig pic I use 300 x 222. Isn't it you post the pic url then put height='#' width='#' ] but w/o spaces
