I'm not 100% sure if this is a bass line, but I love the opening few seconds of treble charger's "Brand New Low".

It may not be my favorite bassline ever but the Strokes' "Is This It" has a pretty fucking catchy bass part.

I'm a huge primus fan and they are all pretty mind blowing but my favourites are DMV, Professor Nutbutter's house of treats and shake hands with beef.

Rancid's are great too, i like Radio, maxwell murder for the solo and of course journey to the end of the east bay. and gouge away by the pixies is amaingly effective for how simple it is, and fantastic when frank black and the catholics do it live. Around the world by chili peppers is a nice one. Damn, i could go on all day.

I like that catchy bass hook at the beginning of Cream's "Sunshine Of Your Love".  The line for "Been Caught Stealin'" by Jane's Addiction is pretty killer too, even though it's not that complex.  Otherwise, I defer all claims of bass godliness to Les Claypool and Flea.

Rancids are incredible, Roots Radicals is good, and all of the stuff of Life Wont Wait and Lets go is great blah.

"archives of pain" by the Manics also kicks my ass.

not to be picky, but thats actually Clapton playing that on guitar, although the bassline in that song is pretty great.

I'll add:

"War Pigs" by Sabbath

"Mule" by Gov't Mule (allen woody...the bass god you've never heard of)

"Tommy The Cat" by Primus

"Weekapaug Groove" by Phish

and anything that ever left the amplifiers of Berry Oakley, Victor Wooten, Mike Gordon, Todd Smallie, Les Claypool, Phil Lesh, ALphonso Johnson, or Allen Woody.
