"Texas Tornado" Kerry Von Erich © Vs. Mr. Perfect

Not that match where he loses. this is from Toronto. The ring area is so shitty lookin. The fans are sitting 5 feet back form the barrier. They opened up back to back Supertapes these 2. Lockup. Perfect over sells the shove. Sleeper by Perfect off an irish whip. Boring, even for PErfect. tornado breaks it with some shoulderthrusts and runs into the sleeper again. Perfect gets buckled. Kerrys got a bloody nose. Stiff chop, perfect snapmare and a small package gets 2 for Perfect. Elbow Drop connects for 2. Standing dropkick misses and Kerry in control FINALLY. Roundhouse rights. Perfect with an eye rake. Tornado got the Claw on! Spinning Tornado sends Perfect over selling to the floor. Heavy chop boy KVE. He gets sent into the ringpost and is counted out at 7:36. Title doesnt change hands though. *. Brutal to watch, but had a few moments atleast. Perfect eats the claw but leaves after before anymore damage.

 

-"Superfly" Jimmy Snuka Vs. Barbarian:

From the same show. this match is WAAAAAAAAAAY too long to sit through god damn it. End has Barbarian get a boot in the face and the flair pin at 15:13. 15 minutes!!!!! Obviously a DUd, which is why i didnt want to rant it.

 

-Tugboat Vs. Earthquake (w/ Jimmy Hart):

From Superstars of Wrestling i believe. IS this suppose to be BETTER then Snooka vs. Barbarian? Shockmaster vs. Shark, god. Tugboat with forearms. Splash and hip toss. Fred Ottman & John Tenta suck. Side headlock by Buffoon. Shoulderblock moves no one. Avalanche side headlock. Same thing. And again. Earthquake Dropkick(!) puts Typhoon down. Stomping by the half bearded man. More stomping. Choke hold as i sleep. Walk on the chest of Tugphoon. Series of elbows for 2. Shoulderblock. Tugboat cloesthline and big splash. Jimmy gets riughed up. Dropkick(!) by Boat. Quake is stuck in the ropes. Jimmy dragged in.Bravo runs in and pounds on Boat for the DQ at 6:21. Double Body Slam. The Earthquake Splash is avoided and Tugboat leaves the ring and grabs a chair. Was better then I thought. Ill go -*1/2. Yes, terrible, but what did you expect? A Savage/Steamboat classic?

 

-Legion of Doom & Ultimate Warrior Vs. Demolition

MSG show. All these matches are post Summerslam 1990. Warrior attacks all 3 Demo's. Smash clothesline and hammers Animal. Powerslam by RWA for 2. Elbo drop. Roundhouse rights by Smash. Crush in, he walks into a fist and armbar. Hawk in and an axhandle to the arm. Shove match. Lockup goes nowhere. And again. Backbreaker by Crush. Knife Edge chop and elbow to the kidneys. Clothesline, dropkick and shoulder tackle follwed by an elbow by Hawk for 2. Knife Edge chops and side headlock. Ax and Warrior in. warrior stomps him to hell. Boot to the face and clothesline. Smash gets slammed and Crush follows suit. Slam to Ax and Big Splash MISSES! Ax smashes away.Smash and Crush double team him on the apron. Crush chokes him in the ropes. Smash plants Warrior on top rope, he and Crush double team him. Demo decapitator inteupted by Animal. Warrior has a fit and tags Animal who beats on Ax, clothesline to smash, forearm to Crush, Ax is irish whiped into Smash and the doomsday device is blockedby Smash. Crush bearhug to Animal. Animal gets his own but its broken up. Hayes is trying to be like Heenan. Ax hammers on Animal. crush attacks Hawk and Demolition double team him (ANIMAL). Back Suplex by Smash gets 2. Rear Headlock, lol. Animal busts loose. Ax in, he punches to the midsection and snapmare into a headlock. Crush works over animal and they colide. Warrior and smash in. clothesline, and one to ax, another 2 to smash. Shoulder tackle and big Splash for 3 at 13:05. Pretty fun match to watch. **1/4 is good enough.

-Legion of Doom Vs. Demolition (w/ Mr. fuji)

From Superstars of wrestling. No cool demolition theme, its some "evil" theme. The ring announcers hair is bigger then my (BEEEP). Mike Mckirk? LOL i forgot her(?) name. Oh wait, this is Wrestling challenge. Animal slams Crush and misses an elvbow. Crush hammers him, gets a slam but misses a leg drop. Hawk with a clothesline to Smash and animal gets a Belly to Belly suplex on Crush. Smash in with hawk. Hawk with a series of rights and 10 punches of doom. Animal with an elbow and Hawk follows up with a clothesline. Diving shouldertackle. Armbar by Smash reversed and hawk nails a clothesline. Smash hammers Hawk to the floor, and Fuji caes him obviously. Crush chokes him afterwards. Smash chokes him some more as does Fuji. Bearhug by Crush. Smash hammers him some more. Smash with a sort of headlock. Crush and smash with some roundhouse rights. Decapitator gets 2 as Animal pulls off Crush. Hawk with a clothesline. Animal powerslam to smash. double clothesline to Demolition. Doomsday Device is avoided and smash nails Animal. Crush lands a knee drop for 2. Smnash with a back suplex. Piledriver is b;locked and HAwk gets a top rope clothesline for the pinfall at 10:02. *1/4 Very lacking match.

 

-Call of the Action:

Shane Douglas Vs. Masked Jobber. We learn moves called Duck Under! Sunset Flip! Pin no Armlock! Back Elbow! Side Forearm! Boot to the midsection! Standing Front Suplex! Flying Crucifix!Leg Hook.....pin!

 

-Marty Jannetty Vs. Paul Roma (w/ Hercules):

No Shawn, because he just had surgery. this is another MSG Match. MArty jumps him. Atomic Drop and 10 punches of doom. Roma eats buckle and a Jannetty Hurricanrana! Marty gets sent to the floor. This i remember is a looooooooooong match. Knee Lift sends Jannetty back down. MJ pulls him yo th floor and gets raked and sent to the ring apron back first. I believe the tag title situation was to go from Foundation-TheRocker-Powr & glory-Legion of doom at Wrestlemana VII not summerslam 1991. Marty unloads and gets hammerd himself. Hard Iris whip to the buckle. Axhandle by Roma to the spine of Jannetty. Side backbreaker and another followed by a running powerslam for 2 aftr 30sec. of wating. Backslide by Marty for 2 and he gets stomped on the head. Small Package for 2 by Marty. More Roma kicking and a headlock. Marty fights out but gets nailed with the 360 sold clothesline. Rear chinlock now by "romeo" Roma. Jannetty rams him in the corner to break the hold but gets clocked. Jannetty eats buckle on a corner dive. Roma with a elbow to the back and another headlock. Marty with a snap suplex and a series of punches. Atomic Drop and clothesline by the rocker. Spinning elbow connects amd a running knee lift. Boot to the face of roma and a face slam to the mat. Jannety witha  top rope fist drop gets 2 as hercules pulls him out. Marty unloads on him and slams his head on the apron. Cresent kick to Roma, Marty slam blocked and Roma gets the pin with the assitance of Hercules holding Marty's leg at 13:38. Referee teases reversing the decision but it stays as is. **1/2. Decent match, nothing really bad here.

 

-"Fan Favorite" Match:

Big Boss Man Vs. "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase:

A so called Bossman family of fans want Bossman to crush Dibiase. Dibiase finally adopted his theme by this time. Virgil still has muscle tone. Bossmans a nutbar. i cant tell if this is pre or post summerslam. Dibiase threatens to walk. Bossman dodges Dibiase and hammers his face in the buckle 10 times. Series of quick punches and a atomic drop followed by a stiff right. Bossman goes Tyson on dibiase. Bossman chokes him with his belt and whoops him. Back rake. That move is contagious. Heabutt by Bossman. Big splash misses.Dibiase wallops him  with the nightstick turning the tide. Bossman gets tossed outside. Dibiase throws him into the ringpost and steel steps. Bossman chokes him but gets knee'd in the back. Series of axhandles. Dibiase with some more punishment to the lower back. Stiff clothesline puts him down again. Dibiase with a bearhug. Eye rake by the Boss and a double clothesline puts both men down. Bossman goes nuts and starts neating the hell out of Virgil as the bell sounds at 11:00. Draw? Bossmans DQ'd for bringing Virgil in the ring and beating his white ass. *1/2. This tape is lacking. bossman goes nuts 1 more time.

Mooney is flipping through a manual with blank pages in the "plane". Jake hammers on Perfect and goes to a wrist lock and armbar. Knees to the wrist by Jake. Mr. Perfect closes 2 supertapes in a row. More armbar. JAke sends Perfect to the floor. BAckdrop to the floor again after a series of armbars. Perfect with a clothesline obn the floor and he posts roberts arm. Kick to the shoulder by Poifect. Hammerlock by PErfect with some rope assitance. Kick to the chest of Jake and a smotherinbg headlock/armbar pinfall for 2. Knife edge chops, Jake with a boot to the face. Series of Jabs by snakeman and a hard right over sold. short arm Clothesline. Heenan stops Jake from doing the DDT causing the DQ at 10:23.Jake blocks the perfect plex onto Damion and nails a DDT. He gos for the snake but heenan and perfect split. 1/4*. Bad match for a great superstar. Perfect, not Roberts.

Earthquakes was a normal dropkick, but Tugoboat just jumped in the air and landed on hi ass  with his feet stretched out.

Yeah,Earthquake often used the drop kick,I am not saying it was the best looking drop kick but the big man would attempt to get up there.
