Guest Vern Gagne Posted April 7, 2002 Report Posted April 7, 2002 The Gophers beat Maine 4-3 in OT. The winning goal was scored by Grant Palutney the only player not from Minnesota. Even for someone that isn't a hockey fan, the college game is much better than the NHL it's still really exiting the Gophers finally won.
