Guest Report post Posted April 7, 2002 So where is "above average" at these days? I'm pretty sure he's in the development system somewhere. By the way, Hi, I'm new here but a long time wrestling fan, and training to be a pro wrestler(1 year). I'm also an expert at run-on sentances.
Guest the 1inch punch Report post Posted April 7, 2002 He broke his foot just before the drafts He had a commentator audition a while back, but no-one was very high on him
Guest dilk bathoon Report post Posted April 7, 2002 i remember someone saying that right before he broke his foot, they had just turned him face and he was starting to get on a pretty good role in ohio valley (methinks)
Guest Report post Posted April 7, 2002 He had a commentator audition a while back, but no-one was very high on him I wonder how many times he said "Cheese-Wiz sucking, trailor trash" in the auditions.
Guest EI Cubano Report post Posted April 7, 2002 Did anyone actually think I would touch this one? Sanders has been down in Les Thatcher's Heartleand Wrestling Association for about six months now. Mike Sanders is basically touted by everyone to be the most all around entertaining "personality" on the roster and while the trainers still think his ring work needs some time to develop, he is coming along quite well. Sanders began his run in HWA as a heel but the fan response for him was becoming so impressive that a program between himself and Lance Cade was worked out that turned Sanders into a full fledged face, a role which he is doing extremely well at. Unfortunatly Sanders just broke his foot so don't look for him to be in action for about 5-7 weeks. No word yet on if he is going to be brought up to the WWF, but he has some tough competition in HWA. Jamie Knoble, Shannon Moore, Jason Jett and The Island Boys are all almost definites but I think the WWF realizes the potential Mike Sanders has and he will be brought up sooner than later. For those interested, the new PWI "50 questions" issue has an interview with Sanders insider where he talks about what he has been up to.

Guest Anglesault Report post Posted April 7, 2002 He had a commentator audition a while back, but no-one was very high on him I wonder how many times he said "Cheese-Wiz sucking, trailor trash" in the auditions. And Vince is sitting there "Cheese whiz? What is this "cheese whiz?" And JR has to explain to him that not everyone eats Gourmet cheese. Vince loves the idea and send Sanders out as the NEW Chester McCheeserton.
Guest TheDames7 Report post Posted April 7, 2002 What Mr. Cubano forgot to mention about The Second Coming is that he was also tag champs with Lance Cade before Cade turned on him. Sanders is doing just fine...and dammit, I better win my bet. My best friend and I have been arguing about who was the best Natural Born Thrillers member ever since they debuted. He says that its Sean O'Haire and I say that its Mike Sanders. We've been going back and forth at dissing each other's respective Thriller. One night, we made Mike Sanders (Perfectly I might add) in No Mercy, and he already had his Sean O'Haire....we had all different kinds of matches, but we were tied at the end. Finally, it came down to an 60 minute Iron Man match....lol. He was leading 10 - 6 with 6 minutes left..... The end result was Mike Sanders winning with a score of 15 - 10. Thats f'n talent. Anyway...we decided to call a truce. The winner of the bet is the first guy back on WWF television. If they both debut on the same night, then its the person who shows up last...because they'd be higher up on the card. Sanders is God. Guest the 1inch punch Report post Posted April 7, 2002 Just as a clarification Jay, since i havent seen him wrestle, what is his Finisher, the 3.0? what exactly does he do
Guest Speed 6 Report post Posted April 8, 2002 BUMP (Because, for the life of me, I can't remember what the hell the 3.0 was)
Guest big Dante Cruz Report post Posted April 8, 2002 If I remember right, and I may not, the 3.0 was the same move as the Franchiser, which was a chickenwing twist into a jawbreaker. (Disco Inferno's move in WCW/nWo Revenge.) How sad, eh? That ANYONE has to use that as a finish makes me weep as a fan of good finishes. Y'know, like the big boot/legdrop or the People's Elbow. Guest TheDames7 Report post Posted April 8, 2002 That is incorrect!!!! Thats what I use in No Mercy for his finish, because thats the closest thing to it. Imagine a hangmans neckbreaker, but instead of your opponent standing, he's cradled on your back....basically, Sanders grips your neck with his right hand, and your legs bending backwards with his left and then jumps to his knees. It looks awesome and guarantees a damn pinfall. Dames - Psycho for Sanders
Guest EI Cubano Report post Posted April 8, 2002 The Dames hit the nail on the head as far as Sanders finisher, it's a pretty spectacular move.
