Here they are...

Royal Rumble

HHH vs. Kurt Angle

No Way Out

The Rock vs. Kurt Angle

Wrestlemania 17

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock

Backlash

Was not an actual WWF Title Match

Judgement Day

The Undertaker vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin

King of the Ring

Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin

Invasion

No official WWF Title Match

Summerslam

Kurt Angle vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin

Unforgiven

Kurt Angle vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin

No Mercy

Rob Van Dam vs. Kurt Angle vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin

Survivor Series

No official WWF Title Match

Vengance

Chris Jericho vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin

I would say...

1) The Rock vs. Kurt Angle, No Way Out

2) Kurt Angle vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Summerslam

3) Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock, Wrestlemania 17

4) Chris Jericho vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Vengance

5) RVD vs. Kurt Angle vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, No Mercy

6) HHH vs. Kurt Angle, Royal Rumble

7) Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, King of the Ring

8) The Undertaker vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Judgement Day

9) Kurt Angle vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin, Unforgiven

Notes: I did not see Vengance or Judgement Day, just going by what I have heard...

Numbers 1 and 2 could have easily flip-flopped... I gave it to Angle/Rock because the finish was MUCH BETTER

seeing that makes me realize 2001 was a pretty kick-ass year after all.  i'd say, with the exceptions of KOR and judgement day, they're all ****+.

1) summerslam, angle v. austin--made me a HUGE steve austin fan.  told the strongest story of any match in the wwf last year i think, with austin desperately throwing absolutely everything he had at angle & angle refusing to stay down.  i think austin was channeling ric flair for the first 5 or 10 minutes.  and in retrospect, the ending wasn't all that bad & made sense with the story.

2) no way out, rock v. angle--not exactly earth-shattering, but still a damn damn damn good match.  nice build, hot near-falls.

3) rumble, trips v. angle--very good little semi-psychological match, great effort.

4) no mercy, austin v. angle v. rvd--i liked this match a lot more than most did.  the action didn't stop, & i think these 3 gelled together a lot more nicely than the other triple threat match.

5) vengeance, jericho v. austin--bad ending aside, very entertaining match.  the only reason it's above rock/austin is that jericho was fighting back-to-back, raising the level of drama.

6) wrestlemania, rock v. austin--not one for the ages in my opinion, but still a very dramatic match.  could've been better though, it was just too kicky-punchy for my taste.

7) unforgiven, angle v. austin--good brawl, but not a whole lot else you can say about it.

8) king of the ring, austin v. jericho v. benoit--i love all 3 of these guys, but this one just didn't really work.  good parts, they just couldn't seem to form them into a cohesive match.  for whatever reason, it wasn't working between these 3.

9) judgment day, austin v. undertaker--holy shit did this match ever bore me.  i can't remember anything in particular about it, i just remember being incredibly bored.
