Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted April 26, 2002 Stasiak is going to get pushed when they have the space for him, no question. I actually think the tag team of Stasiak and Hennig might be pretty good, in a weird kinda way. What's the point of creating tag teams for RAW? There are no tag titles for them to win. Completely pointless. Then again, what has the WWF done lately that even has a point to it... Wait a minute... why do you need tag belts to have a tag team? There may not be much point... but I'm sure they had tag teams around before there were tag team belts. I always thought the purpose of a tag team was for people who can't work well by themselves to have someone else to back them up. Think about it... Hardys single matches? Not usually worth watching. APA singles matches? ::cringes:: No belts? Who cares? Just form tag teams of random people and send 'em out... hell they do it for six-mans on every show, and nobody complains about the uselessness of those "tag teams". Guest Report post Posted April 29, 2002 Well he won on Heat against Credible and Raven and Coach were really putting him in over. Looks to me hes going to get his push.
Guest Special K Report post Posted April 29, 2002 I'm all for it. He looked a lot better in the ring than he did during the dying days of ECW. He's not the best, and I don't think he'll ever be huge in the WWF, but just giving someone to care about in the lower card is an idea worthy of consideration by the WWF. Overall, I really enjoyed this week's heat. 2 pretty good matches and great commentary in an hour makes me an easily pleased smark.
Guest Report post Posted April 29, 2002 Dreamer worked some awesome psychology last night also by holding his arm during the match. That's the way to sell.
Guest converge241 Report post Posted April 29, 2002 The Dreamer - stasiak match was good, but lets face it...The only reason Dreamer would get a push was that he was pulled into the gravity of Planet Stasiak and orbited around it. Planet Stasiak = such a powerful gravity it pulls up ratings and pushes Tommy Dreamer
Guest Report post Posted April 29, 2002 Only push Dreamer will get will be a match with Buh Buh for the Hardcore match, maybe on RAW. Can you really call a Hardcore match a push?
Guest The Voices In Your Head Report post Posted April 29, 2002 It would be for Tommy Dreamer. I only remember him having one match on Raw OR SmackDown [not counting his Hardcore run-ins over the last few weeks] and that was the Alliance Battle Royal last fall on a Smackdown show. Guest Report post Posted April 29, 2002 I'm a Dreamer mark, so I'm all for some sort of push. I wouldn't expect anything past the mid-card, but mid-card is good. Even from a wrestling standpoint, he is much better than a lot of wastes that the WWF pushes. Funny how whenever I think of waste who should not be pushed, Mark Henry is always the first image in my head.
