actually in 90-92 WCW seemed somewhat serious about pushing the six-man title,I remember it being defended often on TV,I even remember it being defended in a cage once on WCW pro.I think it was just a tool to help get some of the underneath guys over.

For a long time the Road Warriors used to carry around the 6man tag titles because the NWA wouldn't give them the real belts.  I'm not sure why, but I remember it used to piss me off that the Midnights or Rock n Roll Express, and the Russians all held the belts before the LOD finally won them.

Yeah, in 1991 WCW started giving the 6 man title a little push, but that would end in a few months.
