Guest Report post Posted April 9, 2002 I know DLo hosted a Raw party at WWF New york but they haven't even mentioned that he is back. I mean the guy has been gone for like two years and they don't say anything. And what about Mark Henry they make a big deal about him for a little and even pick him in the draftand he's not on Smackdown or Metal? What?
Guest buffybeast Report post Posted April 9, 2002 The company is probably still determing how and when they will be used.
Guest Report post Posted April 9, 2002 They should have decided that before they broguht them back up. Because if they had no ideas they should have at least made D-Lo's return a surprise

Guest Ripper Report post Posted April 9, 2002 From all the reports, D'lo got cheered out the building when he came out for the first time on Raw last week. People pop for people they haven't seen in a while.
Guest What?! Report post Posted April 9, 2002 I wish D'Lo was on Smackdown so he can team up with Mark Henry. Their buddy-buddy relationship was a guilty pleasure of mine.
Guest Report post Posted April 9, 2002 Because if they had no ideas they should have at least made D-Lo's return a surprise Like anyone would care. Alot of people actually do. From all the reports, D'lo got cheered out the building when he came out for the first time on Raw last week. People pop for people they haven't seen in a while. Did he do a dark match or something? I wish D'Lo was on Smackdown so he can team up with Mark Henry. Their buddy-buddy relationship was a guilty pleasure of mine. I thought I was the only one. Remeber when Mark didnt want to go to the bathroom in the woods because there might be snakes in there? That was good stuff
Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted April 10, 2002 I could honestly care less about Mark Henry, and I was certainly peeved when he was picked in the draft, on TV, when Jericho wasn't, and he hasn't even made an appearance at all since then! If they don't know what to do with him, then leave him in OVW, or at least don't waste an on TV draft pick! D'Lo actually seems kinda cool, I can't wait for him to come back and see him in action. Of course these opinions are made solely on their characters in "Wrestlemania 2000" and "WWF No Mercy" and my reading about their past gimmicks, since both left months before I started watching wrestling . Guest Downhome Report post Posted April 10, 2002 Ok, here is what I want to see... 1) D-Lo Brown --- I was HOPING that they would allow D-Lo to debut in a feud with Regal over the Euro Title. D-Lo could go on how he's Brittish again and how he DESERVES the title to make his people pround, instead of be a disgrace like Regal. Then Regal could cut come funny ass promo's about how D-Lo isn't really from Europe, etc... But no, the WWF goes and gives SPIKE DUDLEY the title for some reason which I shall never understand. Oh well, I guess you can chalk that up as "one more for the bad guys". 2) Mark Henry --- I was thinking he'd get a HUGE push, seeing how hard they pushed him in the draft. Flair took Lesnar, then Vince was saying then HE will take a great young talent in Mark Henry! I hope he comes back, and, ummm, well, I just want to see him finally get over, and showcase what he can REALLY do in the ring. I dunno, let him feud with Angle I guess. I can just imagine Angle making fun of Henry for not winning Olympic gold unlike himself, lol. Angle could then make fun of the fact that the only thing that Henry has done is win some "Strong Man contest" being held by Kindergarten Cop, lol. It would make for some highly interesting matches also if you ask me. By the way, I wouldn't look at this as them de-pushing Angle, but instead, of them PUSHING Mark Henry. ...there ya go, that's what I would do if I had my way. Guest El Satanico Report post Posted April 10, 2002 Mark Henry can do something in the ring? When did he get that ability? Angle vs. Mark Henry? ah shit i hope anglesault doesn't hear this or this thread will live forever.

Guest caboose Report post Posted April 10, 2002 Last I heard the WWF was going to try out D-Lo as a colour commentator. That would be some funny shit. I don't care what they do with Mark Henry. But don't worry, D-Lo is coming for that Euro Title just you wait. I'll admit it, I'm a D-lo MARK

Jericho couldn't be drafted because he was involved in the Undisputed Title match on the same Raw. I think it was Linda who said at the beginning of the show that Jericho, Triple H, and Stephanie couldn't be drafted because anyone of them could win the Undisputed Title that night. Guest notJames Report post Posted April 11, 2002 I thought Mark Henry was being brought back to capitalize on him winning that World's Strongest Man contest. Yeah, big deal. He could have won the Presidency and it still wouldn't make him that big a deal. I'll hold off comments about his ringwork until I actually see him work a match again. On the other hand, D'Lo is definitely one I'll be watching out for. Hopefully he's gotten over hurting Droz and is ready for another run.
