Guest Kingpk Report post Posted April 9, 2002 LOS ANGELES--Satellite News has learned that John Agar, star of the movies in episodes 104 - WOMEN OF THE PREHISTORIC PLANET, 801-REVENGE OF THE CREATURE and 803-THE MOLE PEOPLE died here April 7th of emphysema. He was 81. Agar was born in Chicago, served for three years with the U.S. Army Air Corp. and then turned his attention to a Hollywood career. Among his films were Fort Apache (1948); She Wore A Yellow Ribbon (1949); The Daughter of Dr. Jekyll; The Brain From Planet Arous (1957); Journey to the Seventh Planet (1962); Curse of the Swamp Creature (1967) and King Kong (1976).
