Guest Ray Posted December 3, 2003 Report Posted December 3, 2003 Steve Austin vs. Booker T - Smackdown 1/24/02 is the best I've seen. The best of seven matches with Benoit I've seen have been disappointing. The Austin match is easily the best Booker T match I've seen in WWE.

Told a story from their previous bouts and the saving of the dragon suplex along with the subsequent crowd pop for the final bout was awesome. Anticlimatic because of Benoit's unselfishness (or maybe he was screwed over due to politics) but still a great bout. The execution of all the moves here were top notch. Some matches that come to mind: (No real order because I have none of these on tape) Booker T vs Kurt Angle Booker T vs HHH Their last Raw match Booker T vs Bret Hart on Nitro was pretty good. (their last match) Feb 23 1999 Booker T vs Rick Martel at the WCW PPV--Martel may be the most underrated wrestler of all time. There are so many enjoyable matches that have Martel in them that really don't get talked about.
