Guest Ripper Report post Posted April 9, 2002 What I mean is has there ever been a song that you didn't like but then it was put in a movie or television show or something and the way they used it made you listen to it more. It's like how whenever I hear My Sacrifice, my mind automatically starts shooting out clips of wrestlers bumping all over the place and makes the song almost enjoyable.... I noticed that I had a CD that I made with 2 songs on it(Dash Board Prophets-Balled for Dead Friends and Far- Job's Eyes) and the only reason I liked these songs were because they were used so perfectly in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Has this ever happen to anyone else?
Guest hardyz1 Report post Posted April 9, 2002 In a similar situation as My Sacrifice: Limp Bizkit's "My Way", specifically in the Austin/Rock preview video at Wrestlemania 17.
Guest swan Report post Posted April 9, 2002 No, a good song is a good song. If it sucks, it's gonna suck no matter what.
Guest Report post Posted April 9, 2002 I am the same way with My Way and My Sacrifice. I still hate both Creed and the Bizzzkit though
Guest Mark4steamboat Report post Posted April 10, 2002 "My Sacrfice" was awesome when the wwf first used it because my stations werent playing it. i didnt get the cd or anything as in 2 weeks the song sucked. "Lonely road of faith" was ok when i heard it on the radio but the Desire video made it my favorite song at the time. but as with everything, it is played out.
