Guest Report post Posted April 10, 2002 The nWo should have gotten the same push Lesnar is getting now. Just beat up random people. Also, anyone else notice that nWo always seems to die without Hogan? (nWo B & W died when Hogan went to Wolfpac, nWo 2000 Hogan wasn't in, now nWo in the WWF)
Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted April 10, 2002 I agree totally. I guess in storyline terms though, as the "poison" of the WWF, they were trying to take down the WWF by frying the biggest fish (Rock and Austin) first. Sorta makes sense.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted April 10, 2002 The problem is that the offense of the NWO is so rediculously pathetic, that nobody would buy it. Brock is a monster. Nash is an old man with bad knees. That is why Brock is getting the push.
Guest Report post Posted April 10, 2002 It's a shame that Heyman wasn't paired up with NWO. While Scott Hall and Nash are (somewhat) accomplished talkers, adding Heyman would have allowed them to look menacing and simply beat up people and claim titles and continue the break-up/poisoning story, which has been laying by the wayside. It would have given them a renewed energy and purpose and basically would have made sense (since Heyman hates the WWF and would like to see it destoryed) Just my 2 cents. Guest muswp1 Report post Posted April 10, 2002 It would make perfect sense to add Heyman to the NWO, nut since when as the WWF ever done the sensible thing...
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted April 10, 2002 The nWo should have gotten the same push Lesnar is getting now. Just beat up random people. Am I the only one who hates this kind of push? I hated it when Austin was getting it, I kind of hate it when Brock does it (but it looks like it will actually lead to a feud with at least one of the Hardys, so I'm forgiving it for now.) I just HATE HATE HATE when a match goes on and on and on and then the Pushed Guy Of The Week does his 528th run-in for a no finish. Remember when a good portion of each week's show was filler as the returning Austin would come by and wipe out the midcard?
Guest RicFlairGlory Report post Posted April 10, 2002 remember the RAW when Kane/Taker ran in on EVERY match? the run ins of doom as you scott keith marks might say
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted April 10, 2002 remember the RAW when Kane/Taker ran in on EVERY match? Sadly, no. But the mark who I watch with hates Austin now after those bazillion run-ins in late 2000.
