Why end it at Starrcade?

Well, Starrcade was WCW's version of WrestleMania...

Starcade was BEFORE WrestleMania, so WM would be WWF's Starcade. Though, to be fair, they are both just supercards-the idea wasn't exactly new.

Stop being stupid. WCW and the WWE were two completely different places. If the blow-off were to happen at Starrcade you'd just have people bitching about how Hogan MADE Starrcade like he MADE Wrestlemania and how he was trying to make WCW like the WWE - Hogan wanted WCW to be its own company and stand on its own ground on its own two feet. He knew that Sting/Hogan had legs that could go well beyond 1997. He was doing the best for the company. Besides, he was hip to the current wrestling scene and new that CONTROVERSY was the way to go - he was attitude before the catchphrase.

Funny how someone on here called Vader a fat piece of shit. Sorry, I find it amusing that someone would say that probably never watched anything of his in Japan. Also I guess they didn't realize he's the greatest hoss this business has ever seen.

Gimmick? What the fuck are you talking about? Oh, I guess actually DEFENDING the EVIL MONSTER Hulk Hogan can't be done here in dirtsheetville so it *must* be a gimmick. Like one can't rationally defend Hogan's perfectly rational actions. Go troll somewhere else troll, your trolling is not wanted here.

Er, I'm a Hogan fan too. I'll get a digital picture of me in my "Hulk Still Rules" shirt and bandana to prove it.

I meant your comment about the Japan thing with wrestling. Nothing about what you said with Hogan.

Any true Hogan fan wouldn't have bought that abomination of a shirt. I'll bring out a picture of my "Real American" shirt that-I-don't-quite-think-was-really-an-"official"-shirt-as-it-looked-cheaply-made-but-that-doesn't-matter-cause-it-was-representing-Hulk-FUCKING-Hogan-and-it-was-19FUCKING1-and-shit-back-then-was-real, not some purely-for-profit-capitalizing-on-hogans-popularity-bullshit that was "Hulk Still Rules".

Hogan would never wrestle in Japan.

RRR...take some time to rest. You've gone mad.

Hogan's wrestled in Japan BEFORE and AFTER WWF and WWE.

And I didn't buy any old Hogan merchandise because I wasn't a wrestling fan at the time he was a big name in WWF.

Testsault, who is happy anytime Test is on TV.

"Sure, he looks a bit goofy getting low blowed like that and beaten by Stevie Richards - but he's still making a living and can easily bounce back... there's nothing he'd rather do"

The world DEMANDS Testsault.

Test jobbing to Stevie Richards?? HA like that's going to happen. We all know Test is going to get a decent push no matter what.
