As we open the show, NWA TNA Owner Jerry Jarrett is in the ring, and announces that, as this is the beginning of a new era for TNA that he has decided to bring in someone to help shake up the show and bring a golden age for this company, and that is Don Callis. Upon his announcement, Callis in a corporate suit joins Jarrett in the ring and shakes his hand. He says that as the newly appointed CEO of TNA, he will showcase the best talent, give the fans what they want and bring in what matters to him the most- PPV buyrates. Suddenly, he is interrupted by the sound of ‘I Am’ and NWA Champion AJ Styles, Styles grabs the microphone and tells Callis that if he messes with him or his belt, he will make sure that TNA will never be the same. However, Callis says that on the contrary, he will utilize AJ to the best of his abilities, and to do that he needs a number 1 contendor to the title, and to decide that he announces tonight there will be a 20 man battle royale, the winner facing AJ for his title. Styles says that if this happens and either Jeff Jarrett or Sting win, he will walk away and join the big place up north, so Callis tells him that to make it more appealing to him, he will add the following match, Jeff Jarrett and Ron Killings must fight each other for a place in the battle royal, and he has a special delivery for Jarrett. Styles says he better come through for him or Styles will go through him.

In the CEO’s office we see Don Callis drinking champagne and evaluating tonight’s proceedings, when Erik Watts comes out from the back and enters the ring. He takes the microphone and makes it clear that although Callis is in a position of power within this company, that Jerry Jarrett is not the only owner of TNA, as the investors on the west coast have seen tonight’s show and have decided to make TNA more a level playing field, so they needed to appoint someone to be Director of Authority and take control of situations you get out of hand. And the new Director of Authority is him, Erik Watts.

Raven is in the ring, saying tonight that his destiny will be fulfilled and he will be the new NWA World Champion. At this point AJ Styles comes down carrying the NWA World belt, and gets in the ring. Styles says that tonight he would love to face Raven and given him his deserved shot but unfortunately Don Callis has already booked him in a match with D’Lo Brown, to enhance the buyrates. But do not despair, Callis also booked Raven in a match tonight, against Sean Waltman, think of it as a tune-up match for Raven. Raven tells him to watch out because he ,may prolong the hunt, but the kill will be just as painful, and begins to leave the ring, when Styles uses the belt to deck Raven! AJ Styles poses above him, the belt safely in his hands.

The NWA Tag Team titles have gained in image.

Don Callis (TNA CEO) comes down to the ring and takes a microphone. He announces that he has signed 2 wrestlers to form a very special unit, a unit that will be vital to NWA TNA. He has signed 2 men, Rob Conway and Legend, to contracts not with NWA TNA, but with Don Callis, these two men will be his own personal security force, The Redshirt Enforcers, protecting from people who don’t abide by the CEO’s Law. Out come The Redshirt Enforcers, and they shake hands with their new boss, signalling the new alliance. When suddenly, ‘My World’ plays and out comes Jeff Jarrett to the stage, he says that those two maybe enforce his law, but his law is preventing him from gaining the NWA World Title, so he will be the first man to be break this law and enforce some of his own southern justice on the ‘enforcers’. With this he runs down to the ring and attacks The Redshirts, this leads to a Jarrett vs. Legend match.

Rob Conway gained 3 points of overness from this segment.

Jeff Jarrett vs Legend w/h Don Callis and Rob Conway.

Match Background: 2 weeks ago, Conway at the behest of Don Callis cost Jarrett a place in the battle royal and thus a shot at the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, so Jarrett when Jarrett faced Conway last week, he tried to extract revenge, but was unsuccessful due to the return of Legend to TNA. Basically, Jeff Jarrett wants to get to the NWA World Title, but to get to that he must go through Callis and to go through Callis he must go through the Redshirts.

Hooks the leg for a two count. Death valley driver (not to be confused with the DVD 500) by Legend connects and Jeff Jarrett is down! Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Legend slams Jeff Jarrett down and motions to the crowd. STIFF~! chop lights up Jarrett who covers up to try and stop the agonizing PAIN! Jarrett backdrops Legend out of a piledriver attempt. That took a lot out of Jeff Jarrett. BAAACK Body drop by Legend gets a bit of a pop from the crowd. High Angle DDT by Jeff Jarrett just SPIKES Legend down! Legend is in trouble. Here it comes - Stroke. 1....2...3, it's finished. Jeff Jarrett then points to Callis and begins moving towards the CEO, he backs Callis into a corner at the ringside area and he grabs Callis by his tie. When suddenly Rob Conway attacks, and gets Jarrett into the ring! Rob Conway spins Jarrett around. Rob Conway hits the Iron Fist! Jeff Jarrett has been left down on the canvas.

Callis now comes into the ring, microphone in hand and tells him that when Jarrett touched him, he made the biggest mistake in his life, as he will never get to the NWA World Title as long as he is in charge in TNA, and to make sure of this next, he will unleash a plague on him of epic proportions.

Flying cross body off the top rope! There's a two count on the pin. Dinero walks into a drop toe hold. Dinero is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match. Hard impact Russian Leg Sweep by Low Ki. According to some other reviewers around here, 'legsweep' is one word. Hooks the leg for a two count. DEATH VALLEY DRIVAH~! by Low Ki just KILLS Julio Dinero! Pin, but Dinero is out just before the three count. A Gut buster connects on Dinero and hits hard. Julio Dinero elbows Low Ki in the face to break a hammerlock. Flying reverse elbow by Julio Dinero. There's a two count on the pin. Tor-NADO DDT from Julio Dinero, Low Ki got planted! Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Hard back suplex on Low Ki. Come to think of it, that move had WAY too much power in No Mercy for N64. Julio Dinero connects with a back heel kick on Low Ki and gets back up quickly. Low Ki counters a backdrop attempt with a kick to the face and hit a clothesline! Low Ki slams Julio Dinero down and motions to the crowd. TIGER DRIVER~! '91 nearly crushes the spine of Dinero! Low Ki floors Julio Dinero. Dragon Clutch!!! Julio Dinero taps out! Sting comes running down the aisle with a chair and into the ring! Low Ki turns...and is dropped by a vicious chair shot! Sting has left Low Ki down and bloodied.

My Opinion: *1/4 rating. Don't be upset. There are people in third world countries who can barely afford one star, let alone one and a quarter.

Jerry Lynn vs Chris Sabin.

Match Background: For the past 2 weeks, Chris Sabin pinned Jerry Lynn, but Lynn did not show him any respect for the win, causing Sabin to ask for this rematch to prove himself to Lynn. This is for respect, not the X Championship. Also, if Lynn loses this match, he will have lost to the X Champion, 3 times in a row, so will lose any right to a title shot in the near future.

The Match: Flying elbow from Chris Sabin connects. Super kick by Chris Sabin. Hooks the leg for a two count. Chris Sabin misses a big legdrop after stalling too long. Sabin walks into a high dropkick from Jerry Lynn, almost losing several teeth in the process. Lynn uses a basement dropkick to the knee and it looks like it might be TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL~! Covers for a quick two count. Tor-NADO DDT from Jerry Lynn, Sabin got planted! Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Lynn uses a basement dropkick to the knee and it looks like it might be TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL~! Chris Sabin reverses a hip toss. Super kick by Chris Sabin. There's a two count on the pin. Tiger suplex on Lynn. No Misawa references from me, I swear. Oh, dammit. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Second rope flying axe handle, Lynn goes down. One day, Sabin might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. Chris Sabin kicks the leg, knocks Lynn down, and goes to work on it. Lynn powers out of a headlock. Lynn hits a dropkick on Chris Sabin and gets right back up. Delayed BRAINBUSTAH~! by Lynn who held onto that one for ages. Jerry Lynn gets a roll-up...and grabs a handful of tights as well! The referee doesn't see it: 1....2...3!! Jerry Lynn slides out of the ring to the floor, then turns and leaves through the crowd. He's happy to have the win, and evidently isn't going to hang around for Sabin to get some payback.

My Opinion: I'm capable of giving out high star ratings...but only for matches that really deserve it. This one didn't. **1/4.

Notes

Jerry Lynn lost 2 points of overness from this match.

Raven is outside the TNA Asylum with Julio Dinero. He says that 2 weeks in wrestling maybe a long time, but for him the destination is within sight, this is the famine before the feast. For you see, the difference between a good wrestler and a great wrestler is that a good wrestler will take you to your limits and test your endurance, but a great wrestler is one that picks his spots and attacks when you least expect it. As for the next two weeks, Raven will have rest bite from the ring, but Styles will have to get out of the bramble he has snared himself in, ready for great wrestler to swoop in and take advantage.

NWA World Championship

AJ Styles vs D'Lo Brown.

Match Background: Last week, D’Lo pinned AJ Styles with some help form Raven. So he has been granted a title shot against Styles by the office in week one of Styles’ terrible triplet.

The Match: Fallaway slam by D'Lo Brown puts down AJ Styles. Spinebuster by D'Lo Brown. Hooks the leg for a two count. Styles flips out of a D'Lo Brown bodyslam attempt. D'Lo walks into a high dropkick from AJ Styles, almost losing several teeth in the process. Second rope flying axe handle, D'Lo goes down. One day, Styles might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. Covers for a quick two count. Tor-NADO DDT from AJ Styles, D'Lo got planted! Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Second rope flying axe handle, D'Lo goes down. One day, Styles might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. D'Lo Brown powers out of a AJ Styles headlock. Nice piledriver on Styles. Covers for a quick two count. Massive lariat! Stan Hansen would approve. Pin, but Styles is out just before the three count. AJ Styles charges into the corner, but EATS BOOT and staggers backward. Styles is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match. Styles reverses a waistlock. THERE IT IS! A legdrop to the BACK OF THE HEAD! I swear, that makes any match just a little bit better. I don't mind telling you that every time I see it, that's for sure. Vicious kick to the teeth from AJ Styles. D'Lo Brown is in trouble. Styles Clash!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!! Sean Waltman comes running down the aisle with a chair! AJ Styles is just leaving the ring...and Waltman scores with a brutal chair shot! AJ Styles falls to the floor holding his head. Waltman admires the NWA World Title, while Styles writhes in pain.

My Opinion: Ohh, looky. A **3/4 match!

Honestly, It seems like you are trying to make TNA into WWE-lite. It's just that the storylines are not very innovative at all. No offense. but i thought you could use some constructive critisism.
