Guest pochorenella Posted April 11, 2002 Report Posted April 11, 2002 Damn, do I have to pick just one?? Maybe All Apologies,...no, no, Come As You Are, yeah. No, no, their version of Man Who Sold The World. No, no,...Smells Like... AAAAGGHHH!! CAN'T PICK JUST ONE!!!
Guest Kinetic Posted April 11, 2002 Report Posted April 11, 2002 Radio Friendly Unit Shifter Not my favorite, really, but a great one that no one's mentioned yet.
Guest TheyCallMeMark Posted April 11, 2002 Report Posted April 11, 2002 I was always thought "Polly" was keen.
Guest Red Hot Thumbtack In The Eye Posted April 11, 2002 Report Posted April 11, 2002 "Territorial Pissings" "Molly's lips"(i think that the name...cant totally remember) "something in the way" just for a few that arent named on here i think...they are all awesome
Guest hobu0 Posted April 11, 2002 Report Posted April 11, 2002 Lets see....Scoff, Drain You, Beeswax, and the live version of Polly off the live cd to name a few.
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted April 12, 2002 Report Posted April 12, 2002 In Bloom, Smells like teen spirirt( not their best but i mark for this song when it comes on the radio. now that i think about it, DDP used an instrumental version of this as his theme) and I cant think of the name of the song. a little help guys: where do bad folks go when they die? they dont go to heaven where the angels fly they go to a lake of fire and fry wont see em again till the 4th of july what song?
Guest DrainYou42 Posted April 12, 2002 Report Posted April 12, 2002 and I cant think of the name of the song. a little help guys: where do bad folks go when they die? they dont go to heaven where the angels fly they go to a lake of fire and fry wont see em again till the 4th of july what song? That's actually not a Nirvana original, but a cover of a Meat Puppets song, it's called "Lake Of Fire" Songs: Drain You, Negative Creep, Paper Cuts, Do You Love Me?, Token Eastern Song, Dive,Stain, Very Ape, Dumb, Lithium, Polly, Lounge Act, Stay Away. There's Just To Many.
Guest Mark4steamboat Posted April 13, 2002 Report Posted April 13, 2002 ah original title. thanks dude.
Guest TJM004 Posted April 13, 2002 Report Posted April 13, 2002 I've narrowed it down to In Bloom, Plateau, Dumb, and Smells Like Teen Spirit, although theres never been a Nirvana song I didn't like.
Guest The Man in Blak Posted April 13, 2002 Report Posted April 13, 2002 Live version of "Aneurysm" from Muddy Banks would be my pick. In Bloom, Heart Shaped Box, Scentless Apprentice and Milk It come close, though.
Guest Narcoleptic Jumper Posted April 14, 2002 Report Posted April 14, 2002 School, Blew, and most of Bleach.
Guest Cataclysm911 Posted April 15, 2002 Report Posted April 15, 2002 Nirvana has several songs that I like. "Rape Me" is a favorite of mine, as are "Come as you are" & "Lithium." "Smells like Teen Spirit" was a good song, but I got tired of hearing it. So, it would have to be one of the first three that I listed.
Guest Big McLargeHuge Posted April 15, 2002 Report Posted April 15, 2002 About a Girl, Aero Zepplin, Come as you are and smells like teen spirit. I couldn't really pick just one.
Guest thevertex Posted April 16, 2002 Report Posted April 16, 2002 It's just impossible to choose. All Apologies is just haunting, Anyeurism is probably the most well-rounded song, but You Know You're Right could be my favorite if I ever heard the studio version.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted April 16, 2002 Report Posted April 16, 2002 I'm not really a big Nirvana fan anymore but one of their songs I can still listen to is "Pennyroyal Tea", but most of Bleach is still pretty good too.
Guest dreamer420 Posted April 16, 2002 Report Posted April 16, 2002 I was never that big of a Nivana fan. I always loved Smells Like Teen Spirit though but that was about it.
Guest The Voices In Your Head Posted April 17, 2002 Report Posted April 17, 2002 Since I can't pick one, here's a list of my favorites: Come As You Are About A Girl Radio Friendly Unit Shifter Heart-Shaped Box Pennyroyal Tea Dumb Verse Chorus Verse Aneurysm Lithium On A Plain Floyd The Barber Curmudgeon Even in his Youth
Guest toggle Posted April 18, 2002 Report Posted April 18, 2002 Dive, most definetley. Kinda ironic how Bleach is their best record. Man does it suck they aren't around anymore.
