there was a sign saying "scott keith fears Scotsman" i didn't see the other one.

 

I don't believe there's any story to the scott steiner sign. Sk probaly dissed Stiener in a rant and some (s)mark decided to waste his time by making the sign when he could have used the same paper to say something much more important:
