All my favorite fox shows are probably gone

Futurama has been cancelled. The others have been on the bubble. Anyone else like these show besides me? Grounded is the best of the bunch. I love Donal Logue and he plays the role to perfection. The entire supporting cast is great too. Especially his brother and Brad.

 

Anyone knopw the status of these or what they expect Fox to do with them? Do you think another network will pick them up if there cancelled? And finally ...the woman who plays Jessica on Andy is fucking HOT.

If Andy Richter is cancelled, than im only watching Fox for King of the Hill and The Simpsons. Nothing else. First Family Guy, now grounded and hopefully not andy.

Since I have no cable, my FOX reception has gone from practically unwatchable (pre-9/11), to pretty good (they probably replaced their broadcast antenna closer to my house), so now I have a chance to watch all these shows. That 70s Show is really funny--That 80s Show...isn't as great, but I think it has some potential. Roger and Tuesday are the only interesting characters on the show--everyone else is pretty dull. Also, the writing isn't nearly as sharp and witty as one would expect. But it's still early, and if FOX wants to keep the That xx's Show franchise going, hopefully the writing will get better.

 

Jessica on Andy Richter Controls the Universe is very hot, and a pretty decent actress.  The show (which I love) itself may be on shaky ground. Ratings-wise, it started off strong, but faded quickly. Once again, I'm hoping that the network will recognize quality and give the show a chance to build a following instead of dropping it right away.

Futurama has been cancelled??? What the hell, I love that show. Maybe if they had stopped messing around and only airing it every 3 weeks it may have done better. How does a turdburger like That 80's Show stay on the air and Futurama get cancelled?

Futurama was never given the chance to make it. It pretty much always had a bad time slot Sundays at 7 isn't very good and is horrible during NFL season. I'm surprised that it survived as long as it did. Family Guy suffered from this same problem with Fox screwing them over time slot wise. Either it was a summer replacement show or given a terrible time slot like Thursday at 8 when no show can do good business going aganest Survivor AND Friends.

 

I don't think Andy Richtor Show will get cancelled quickly. There has to be people at Fox that really like the potential of the show who will fight for the show to get at least one more full season before deciding on pulling the plug.

I thought Undeclared was great.  I didn't think I'd like it because Jay Baruchel (the actor who plays Steven Karp) has annoyed me ever since I saw him as a kid on a show here in Canada called "My Hometown."  But, I could easily relate to the Steven Karp character and found their lives on campus to be both intriguing and amusing.  It's sad to see it go.

 

The only other shows I watch regularly on Fox are Andy Richter–which I don't think is that funny but there's just something about Andy which I enjoy–and Dark Angel.  Like everyone else, the only reason I watched Dark Angel in first was for Jessica Alba, but after the first season, when they began to get the storylines going, I watched it for that.  It's a pretty good show.

I love Off Center. Don't care too much for Shit Break, but the english guy and Chow kick all types of ass. Nothing is better than The Chow Experiment or whatever they called their "band". Too bad they aren't very consisent with new episodes or the fact that for a while they would put stupid shows like Pop Stars or the Jamie Keneddy Experiment in its place.

 

Undeclared and Grounded are the best shows on fox, bar none. I dont know why but maybe its because i can relate to most of the characters on each of the show. Greg The Bunny and Andy arn't that bad either.

Well the Family Guy on Thursdays are now all reruns. But Fox has cancelled it. I guess they are just running reruns because they have nothing else for the time slot and probably to get as much mileage out of it's group of fans.

 

I'm hoping that UPN or some other channel will pick up the show with new episodes.

I watch Off Center tonight and it rules. The American Pie guy sucks so much ass though. Shannon Elizabeth is hot as hell and was great in the episode. And who is shit break? A reference to AP? Cause I never of seen that movie.

 

So when did Family Guy get cancelled? Why would they do that? It would be the next Simpsons when that show leaves. And Grounded and Undeclared are both gone too?

 

Undeclared I don't care about much but it was okay sometimes. I think it was supposed to be a coemdy but there were never jokes. Grounded is awesome though. I can't beleive Andy has been as funny as it has been because I used to HATE Andy Richter.

Because Family Guy never really caught on. Then of course Fox forgets that they always fucked with the show and never really gave it a chance to find an audience by never giving it a set day long enough to build an audience.

 

I guess Futurama is cancelled technically but there are enough shows in the can to keep the show on till 2004. So good and bad news.

Fox is the only network that I has decent sitcoms, all the other networks play bullshit like Friends, Fox is by far the best network for sitcoms, here is a list of my favs.

yea, last nights show was funny.  the rapper neighbor is funny as hell.  He acts all cool when hes on tv and with his friends, but at the house he talks like hes white funny stuff.  the dog farting was kinda dumb though.  chau is the best of course.  my fav moment is when he accidently started a fire in mikes room.  euan asks him to fix it up and when he goes in there theres dumb posters and lamps and "CHAU RULES" written on the wall.  euan asked him why thats there and he replied cuz its true. i luaghed so hard at that for some reason.  last weeks show was funnier, with chaus girlfriend who blurts out everything like he does (ex please come back into the room and have intercourse with me) lol and chau just yells out at the restaurant i have to poop lmao.

If any of my favorite shows are cancelled, I'm writing a fucking letter to Fox telling them how fucking stupid they are...unless it's That 80's Show. I just watch for Chyler Leigh (Tuesday).

Family Guy was cancelled, but brought back last year, so never say never.  Personally, I think the ratings are bad enought (High 2-Low 3) that there is no chance of Family Guy coming back.  Grounded has OK ratings, so I doubt it is going anywhere.  I got over my denial about the X-Files going off the air, so I could probably get past anything
