Bull durham special edition dvd

4 times now, spanning two different stores I've bought a copy of Bull Durham and returned it becasue of a glitch on the special features side of the disc, it keeps shutting down when I try to access it.  And the clerks are even more incredulous as NO ONE else seems to have returned it.  Am I missing something?  

 

Same thing happened with the NFL DVD "The Greatest" which is an encylopedia of all enshrined in Canton (or it should be as again it kept glitching up on me when I tried to play it) where I tried like 5 different copies and they ALL had the same problem.

 

I don't think its a Region problem, because it seems I'm the only one complaining.

What kind of player do you have?  That could be the problem.  Take the disc somewhere else with a DVD player and try it there.
