Who would be wcw and ecw champion

Who do you think would be WCW champion and who would be ECW champion if those respective companies were still in business?

Too hard to tell what WCW would have become, but as far as ECW, I would definitely have to say RVD.

Well, it's tough to say because nobody knows who would've went where. I'll go with having the same rosters as when they closed. I'm going to do it as a combo of who I would like as champion along with who would fit.
