Guest OctoberBlood Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 No idea, but hes pissed. What a TD! That was whack! But yay!
Damaramu Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 That's gotta be one of the sloppiest touchdown plays I've ever seen.........WHA!? You mean they didn't mean to fumble it into the endzone and recover for a TD!? Proposterous!
Guest FrigidSoul Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 Looks like Martz is about to blow a challenge
Guest FrigidSoul Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 also because I don't want to start a thread on the subject Saban has scheduled a 6pm news conference to state he will be staying at LSU.
LaParkaMarka Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 What a terrible looking TD. Ah well, whatever.
Damaramu Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 Hehehe....that's funny. The ref goes up "Illegal substitution on Los Ang....St. Louis!"
2GOLD Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 The Rams offense in the red zone has looked horrible. Three Redzone and only 9 points for the Rams. This has been a miserable game early.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 Hahahaha Rams Special Teams getting booed
Kahran Ramsus Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 If either Carolina or St Louis manages to get through to the Super Bowl (and they might), they will get absolutely massacred by the AFC.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 Is that He-Hate-Me? yup, Rod Smart
Damaramu Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 What a moron. Why is he still in the game!?
Guest El Satanico Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 Is that He-Hate-Me? Yes Rod Smart is one of Carolina's kick returners
2GOLD Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 He easily has the greatest nickname in sports HeHateMe No way a guy with a nickname like that can't be in the NFL. This has been a sloppy, ugly and just overall bad game so far.
JangoFett4Hire Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Wow, Carolina has Wiggins too? Wiggins best game was that 9 catch effort vs. the Raiders in the Snowbowl.
Guest El Satanico Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Well the outcome of the first half is good, but hopefully the teams adjust at the half and play a cleaner second half.
2GOLD Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Hmm...let me check the one thing I wanted to watch for Marshall Faulk: 8 carries, 30 yards/ 1 catch for 1 yard. That's right Martz, don't give the ball to Faulk in the red zone. Just keep passing all over the field. The only times Faulk has gotten the ball is on those stupid delay hand-offs and that god awful forward pitch which almost got him killed. Eight carries by Marshall Faulk in the first half is unacceptable.
Guest El Satanico Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Eh 8 is just slightly off pace. That's on pace for 16 carries, only 9 carries from what he should get. Carries increase in the second half as well, so overall carries will be around where they should be.
CanadianChris Posted January 11, 2004 Author Report Posted January 11, 2004 Oh man.....to bad it's not snowing in Foxborough...that'd make it even more interesting. Yeah, but if it was snowing, it wouldn't be near that cold.
Guest El Satanico Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 snow would be more interesting than brutal cold.
CanadianChris Posted January 11, 2004 Author Report Posted January 11, 2004 Nah, I've seen a Snow Bowl in New England. Never seen an Ice Bowl.
Damaramu Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Nah, I've seen a Snow Bowl in New England. Never seen an Ice Bowl. Well they just explained that there's heated coils under the field...so no ice on the field.
JangoFett4Hire Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Heated coils, but they're 18 inches under the surface. They'll be playing on concrete basically. Right now, in Boston it's 6 degrees, with a wind chill of -11. Yikes. Hope everyone at the game has somebody to snuggle with... Curious, what was the temp at kickoff for Ice-Bowl at Lambeau in 67?
HarleyQuinn Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 They said something about his quad earlier
Damaramu Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 How did Davis get hurt? I think he pulled his hamstring running. Man this game is the battle of the field goals.
Guest El Satanico Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Davis injured his quad. I'm not sure how serious it is, but there's no reason for him to play now.
Guest Frank_Nabbit Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 If the Panthers win...Then I may make the Packers my official SB pick (at least to be the loser)
