Guest Markingout Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 So I spend 11 hours downloading Chris Hero vs CM Punk. So I downloaded all of it on 56k. When it saves it saved as a file with no extension like .wmv or .avi. I tried too rename it to .wmv but when I do that all I get on WMP is two seconds of audio. So I rared it, and all I got was audio. Is there any possible way I can get too see this match?
Guest I'm That Damn Zzzzz Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 Get GSpot, it'll tell you what kind of video it is and the codecs you need. After you know what you need, get the Kazaa Lite Codec pack and install only the codecs you know you need, avoid all others you don't.

Kazaa Lite Codec pack (full) here, or here. Get this if you need to do encoding too or need some obscure codec. Otherwise, you'd be just as happy with the Kazaa Lite codec pack (basic.)
