What was the point of that whole thing. You would have had to been a complete moron to not be able to tell who the real Taker was.

And the match totally sucked to think that was main event over WWF title Bret Vs Owen Steel Cage match what an insult to them.

So does anyone know why the fuck they used this bad idea. Or can you think of any worse ideas that have been used for main events of PPV's.

There was one possitive thing out of the whole storyline and that is the skits with Leslie Nielson,I thought they were hilarious.

Brefore The Real Taker showed up, it was hard to tell, cause the fake one usually tried to cover his face up with his long hair. Plus they of course pushed him in matches vs. pepople 6'0'' or so, so know one would notice.

i talked to brian lee about the gimmick after a wwf show in 98 and he said something like " ugh lets not bring that up" brian lee rules... well not the biker brian lee but prime time brian lee from SMW.

It was another interesting angle for the Undertaker to be a part of.  Back in 93, 94, 95 the Undertaker was given a lot of spooky angles and this was one of the worst ones.

The weird part is, the current Bikertaker actually looks more like Brian Lee than the Faker looked like the Taker.

i watched this match again two days ago and man does it suck.  not only is brian lee obviously not the undertaker but her not as tall and nowhere near as big.

Yeah and then in the match at WWF SumerSlam 1994 they had on different color gloves.I think if the were the same color it would have worked much better.

I think it was a one or two time thing for Brian Lee.  I'm still trying to find out what fed it was and such.  I know Taker and Brian Lee are or were good buddies and I've read that Brian Lee was Taker's best man at his wedding.  Mabey that's why he would have been allowed to portray the fake Taker role and not have Vince trying to sue him.  Then again, mabey Vince did sue him, I have no idea.
