How do I record a song off a movie from the DVD

On SummerSlam 2002, the DVD version of "Fight" (its different from the Anthology version) is played in its entirety on the menu. Any program I can use to record the song off there?

If you have a newer Soundblaster card (Live! or above) it has an option to record "What U Hear" in the volume controls. Other soundcards are probably similar.
