RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2004 Whoa Whoa Whoa - yer askin for variety? Then yer asking for insanity. That's just insane. More than 3 types of suplexes in the WWE? That's... that's... that's unheard of!
Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2004 I'd think that they use it so much because it's comparatively safer. My friends and I actually had a betting pool on how many germans Benoit would use last night. The number was nine, and we all went over. I bet 21.
eiker_ir 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2004 if Big Poppa has something good about him, is that he at least does Overhead Belly To Bellys T-Bone's the twisting belly to belly thing he always does

Guest rawmvp Report post Posted January 27, 2004 Is it true that overhead belly to bellys were outlawed by WWE? What's so dangerous about them? And nobody has ever gotten hurt from the piledriver (Jerry Lawler/Bret Hart's version) either. I just don't get it...
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2004 Paul Orndorff got hurt by a piledriver. No, it's not true. Since then, many overhead suplexes were done.

Guest FrigidSoul Report post Posted January 27, 2004 Test uses the Half-Nelson Suplex from time to time I haven't seen a Double Underhook, Full Nelson Suplex, Dragon Suplex, or a Fisherman's Suplex in forever. Guest FrigidSoul Report post Posted January 27, 2004 There's a very small difference between the Dragon and Full Nelson. Full Nelson they hold the bridge while still having it in Full Nelson mode, with the Dragon's I've seen after they suplex they let go enough to bridge using their knuckles on the mat. Its basically the same thing but I'm a knit-picker

Speaking of neck problems in recent years, don't you think the preponderance of german suplexes is a main reason? Well the Germans were unique until that unoriginal "wrestler" Angle started using them, even using the special multiple Germans. Blame Angle and the fact that he can't come up with any of his own moves.
Coffin Surfer 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2004 Instead of using more moves, why don't they give the moves they have more meaning. The German Suplex might as well be snapmare in the modern WWE.
