The Rock on Jim Rome

Recommended Posts

The Rock was a guest this morning on the Jim Rome show. Rock was on the show to promote his upcoming Walking Tall movie as well as Wrestlemania XX. Rock talked about acting and said there are a lot of roles for him in the movie business as opposed to only one in wrestling. Still, Rock said he grew up in wrestling and loves it and loves giving back to the fans.

Rock said he would be coming back for one night only at Wrestlemania XX.

So no build up, just WM20? Guess Foley will shoulder the load to bring him back or what? I hope they don't have him as a mystery guest. Fans need to know its him for sure to help buyrates.

Ugh, I hate hearing this.

WWE needs to have buyrates come from the stars of NOW, not the past.

What they need and what is reality right now are two different things. Along with Stone Drunk and maybe one or two other guys, Rock is the most marketable guy.

Yeah, and when he comes back for his one night he'll go on about how "he's WWE first and foremost." I can't make myself care for the guy anymore, he's no good for anymore then a ramdon night now.
