Guest Report post Posted April 15, 2002 and when I mean underrated I don't mean underpushed like Lance Storm who is not underrated because he is always getting compilments for being a great athlete in his matches. I would say the innovator of offence Chris Kanyon
Guest Suicide King Report post Posted April 15, 2002 Hmm... I don't know if you can actually call Kanyon underrated. he barely had time to catch on with the WWF viewers before being injured. ::dons riot gear in preparation for flaming:: I myself have always thought that X-Pac wasn't as bad as people say. Please don't kill me.
Guest Report post Posted April 15, 2002 Hmm... I don't know if you can actually call Kanyon underrated. he barely had time to catch on with the WWF viewers before being injured. Dude......how does that affect his ability in the ring?
Guest cobainwasmurdered Report post Posted April 15, 2002 are we talking underated in the WWF's eyes or the fans eyes? The wrestler(s) most underated by the wwf is the crusiers i.e. kidman,Hurricane, tajiri. They're used for comedy(hurricane), stereotyped based angles (tajiri) or some other shit. The wrestler most underated by the fan's IS Lance Storm because he is greeted with complete Apathy by them.

Please don't kill me. I totally agree, in the ring X-Pac is one of the most exciting performers to date. I really do not know why everyone HATES him so much, i've always been a fan of X-Pac and his work within the squared circle. So go ahead, all you anti-waltman fans out there, post all the hate mail you want, that won't change the fact that, in the ring, X-PAC DOES NOT SUCK! This has been the Taker Mark...SUCK IT! Guest caboose Report post Posted April 15, 2002 D'Lo motherfucking Brown is grossly under-rated, but then i guess i'm just biased.
Guest nWoScorpion Report post Posted April 15, 2002 Xpac GReat in the ring...............ooook, and i have the ring apbility of Rob Van Dam. Look at Xpac's arsenal: Corner kicks and jumping hell kick to the face, low blow, nere hold, xfactrr, bronco buster and sleeper hold. THATS why no one likes to watch Xpac wrestle. Hes like Vanilla Ice Cream (yes, i stole that form TEII) Same goes for the Hardy Boyz.

Guest Suicide King Report post Posted April 15, 2002 I agree wholeheartedly that D'Lo Brown is massively underrated as well. I was always a big fan of his... wouldn't mind seeing him, Guerrero, and Van Dam have a three way feud over whose frog splash is better too. Oh, and my previous comment meant that I for one don't really think that Kanyon is that underrated. He's got a great, original, and versatile offense that he got to show off with style before his injury even with being booked in squash matches with Kane and Taker. I look forward to big things on his return.
Guest Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Kanyon is definiley underated. No one sells as good as Kanyon. Also Kanyon suffered from "Edge stole all my moves" Syndorom.
Guest Human Fly Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Val Venis has been underrated for a while in my book
Guest Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Kanyon will get over once his back. I can feel it in my waters. As will Awesome and Rhyno (Can't wait for them to come back) Anyway Underated wrestlers - Dlo, Al Snow I'd even say Bob Holly.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Rikishi is the best big man in the WWF today and if he returns to 2000 form, he'd be really good.
Guest Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Rikishi is the best big man in the WWF today and if he returns to 2000 form, he'd be really good. The problem with Rikishi is he never LEFT 2000. The stinkface is one of the most stale moves in the federation today. Unfortunatly for Rikishi, I don't think he'll be able to get that move out of his arsenal ever again. Guest Report post Posted April 16, 2002 I'll have to agree with some of you and say that there are a select few 'Superstars' in the WWF, who are considered "underrated"... D'Lo Brown Perry Saturn Chris Kanyon Al Snow Bubba Ray Dudley Hugh Morrus All these men are obviously established stars, but aren't seen as the wrestlers that they are or given a chance to display their true wrestling ability....but, that's my opinion. Guest Risk Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Fatu should just wear pants to the ring, that way we won't ever see the Stink-Face.

Guest Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Are talkin' underrated in our eyes or the average "marks" eyes? Marks: Lance Storm Smarks: Billy Gunn
Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Christian, Hardcore Holly, Hugh Morrus, Chavo Guererro Jr. (brainbusters r0x0r my s0x0rz!)... actually there are some pretty good guys that are confined to Metal and Sunday Night HeAT. I'd even venture to say that Funaki and Hurricane, if ever taken seriously (and when is THAT gonna happen?) could put on some good matches and maybe even captivate an audience. Actually I'm biased, as you can tell by my list I consider everyone who can work and is a Metal regular or has never had any lasting feuds as of late underrated. Oh, in that case I forgot to add DDP to my list as well. Seriously though, the first four are, in my opinion, the most underrated.
