Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted April 16, 2002 The Return of the Male Manager: Paul Heyman and Rico are a breath of fresh air, after we got valet after valet after valet. They won't even acknowledge them as managers. I suppose that doesn't have enough "attitude" or "desire"... whatever it is this week. Rico is a stylist, which I admit goes well with the gimmick... and I forget what Heyman's association with Lesnar is called.

Guest Caliban Report post Posted April 16, 2002 It doesn't really matter what they're called, at least it's something different.
Guest Report post Posted April 16, 2002 Yes. Finally, with all the negativity of the masses recently over the net, Its good to see a thread like this come along. In my opinion, there has been a BIG improvement recently in the WWF: *The Split Both RAW and SmackDown! shows have really improved in this short amount of time. Each show brings a lot to the table. Pure Wrestling, More Opportunities, and Interesting Storylines overall. *Brock Lesnar Ok, everyone is becoming a mark for Brock Lesnar. Wonder why? No, me neither. The guy is absolutely impressive. "The Next Big Thing" is on his way to becoming the next Stone Cold, Rock, Kurt Angle of the WWF. I expect a HUGE rookie year for this monster. And with the help of Paul Heyman, how can he go wrong? *The Cruiserweight Horizon It looks as if the WWF are prepared to FINALLY give the much anticipated Cruiserweight Division a chance afterall. At this time, Billy Kidman and Tajiri are battling over the title and are slated to go head to head at "BackLash". But other superstars such as Chavo Guerrero Jr, Funaki, The Hurricane, and Scotty 2 Hotty are also on the SmackDown! roster and could be chipping at the heals of the Champion. Not to mention such possibile Cruiserweight stars as: Rey Misterio Jr, Jamie Knoble, Shannon Moore, and Nova, who could also give the division a push and make it that much more exciting. WWF Divas Ok fine, no matter how shallow and degrading some of the Diva spots are, they are what they are. Entertaining and appreciated! With such an impressive and beautiful roster, its hard not too pay attention to the women of the WWF. No matter if its in the ring with Jazz, Trish, Ivory, Molly, Lita and Jackie or outside the ring with Stacy, Torrie, Debra, Terri, and Sharmell, the WWF Divas are better than ever before! We all love them for what they do, no matter what it is. Hard Working Wrestlers Lately, the WWF has put a lot more of the spotlight on the actual wrestling, while still keeping it in the 'sports-entertainment' column. Matches recently have been put together more carefully, built up properly, and a helluva lot longer, therefore making it more exciting overall. Wrestlers who have impressed me as of late with their endless efforts in the ring are: Kurt Angle, Rob Van Dam, Scott Hall, Booker T, Raven, Edge, and surprisingly enough, The Undertaker. All these men have really turned it up a notch since Wrestlemania and/or The Split. With that being said, there are also many more stars that I am very anxious to see in the WWF ring again (or for the first time) such as: Chris Beniot, Rhyno, Kanyon, Brock Lesnar, Eddy Guerrero and Rey Misterio Jr. The depth of the current and future roster just amazes me. Basically, the WWF are doing things on a consistant level nowadays and we can only hope for more of a great product. After last year's disappointing 'InVasion' angle and a lackluster nWo revival, things can only look up for the WWF.....right? All Newfoundlanders aren't fishermen.......some are Wrestling Fans! Guest Caliban Report post Posted April 16, 2002 I am now officially a Brock Lesnar mark after seeing him take those WICKED chairshots from the Hardys on RAW. I think that was the first time I'd ever shouted "FUCK ME!!!" at a TV. I rewound the tape about 20 times, the expression on Lesnar's face was gold...

Seriously...the guy is a beast! I can't wait to see him in action. I heard somewhere that the guy can do a shooting star press!? Oh my, that would be CrAzy! Regardless, Brock Lesnar will be "The Next Big Thing". I hope they book a Hardyz/Brock Handicap match for 'BackLash'. Yikes!
