I think if the Arn Anderson thing doesn't go down, they should put Benoit with Shane again.  I mean, the heat was intense (not in the HHH sense, mind you), and I was always thinking "Benoit HAS to take the strap from Rocky one of these damn times."  And unlike Stephanie, Shane GETS THE WRESTLER OVER, TOO.

 

Also, you could put Shane with Lance Storm for a feud a face-turned Booker T.  The buildup could start with Test teaming with Booker with Shane in their corner, and they would both heel on him, with Shane accusing him of betrayal and disloyalty by signing with the WWF.  Test could then team with Storm against Booker and a partner (RVD, perhaps), and Test could be used as fodder for the eventual Booker-Storm feud.

Well, I agree about Shane getting the wrestlers over in 2000, but I think he wore out his welcome in 2001. It would probably be better if Anderson and Benoit were the ones to team up anyways. And, Storm is a damn good wrestler, but he could probably get over better by himself than with Shane-O-Hack by his side.

I liked Shane and Benoit too. I don't think Storm and Shane would be so good. I'd rather see Lance with a woman. I thought he and Ivory worked well.
