In the game they say it's just for practice so I haven't bothered wit h it If you raise it all the way up to the highest level, it apparently becomes a nasty two handed sword, the only big weapon you can do the izuna drop with. I still just use the Dragon Sword. Up to level 13 now. Man it's getting REAL hard to figure some of this stuff out, and the bosses are getting to be a bigger and bigger pain in the ass.
